My sister has lived in the skilled nursing portion of Haven Homes for three years now and she absolutely loves it there; the staff is exceptionally caring and fellow residents have become close friends. The food is good, there are always plenty of in-house activities, and now fundraising efforts are underway to buy a bus to make excursions and field trips possible. Highly recommend!

Don't judge the book by the cover. Haven Homes is a beautiful facility. However, the Administrative (Social Service Director) staff is lacking in follow through. Lots of promises when things would be done. But, when my husband's rehabilitation stay for PT, OT and speech ended the Outpatient arrangements were never followed up on. This resulted in no PT, OT for over 2 weeks before he could get in at Courage Kenny for their evaluations. Phone calls that I made (and left voicemails on) took days to be returned, if at all. These were ALL easy things to be done on time since they knew his discharge date. There also was a wheelchair that was ordered without consulting me and as a result the wheelchair is too large to fit through our bathroom door. Which the only area in our house where he needs a wheelchair. I do want to say the nurses and aid staff were kind and thoughtful. Even though the admin staff repeatedly mentioned how under staffed they were. Not a comforting thought.

Nice place for my father to do some rehabilitation, New facility and great people to work with. Dad really felt secure and safe. Thanks again to the staff Had to edit review and let everybody know that my father is now moving to Haven homes!! Brand new and much more reasonable than all the rest!

Haven Homes is a great place to work! I've worked in many different facilities, in a variety of departments and Haven Homes exceeds them all! All staff are wonderful, pleasant and care about their job, the residents and their team members! Highly recommended applying!

My mother was Elaine Parent she did her last shift in Maple Plains of all places. Dr Parent had a rich life, retired from UCSD, published author Psychologist, mother, grand daughter. Haven Staff were overall very professional. My mother was impossible to please. She was a warrior heart. Thanks for putting up with her.

Great place to recuperate, regenerate and rehabilitate. I had a total hip replacement. Was in hospital 4 days. Came to Haven Homes. I love the staff and residents. They are short on staff, but they are super. The food was delicious. The activities are various and fun. Physical therapy was hard but they made it fun. In a few months when I have my other hip done I plan on returning.

My mother went to Haven Homes and the facility and the staff were perfect! We went through the process of our mother passing and everyone was so caring. My mother enjoyed talking to the staff and they treated her with respect when she was unable to help herself. When she was passing, everyone was so kind to the family and provided anything we needed to help us with the process. Thank you!
