We moved Mom to Havenwood in December of 2022. Having lived independently for 89 years, the transition to memory care was made less difficult by the caring staff and caregivers. We worked together to establish a care plan which would best support Mom's interests and needs and also a menu to satisfy her very particular taste buds. Staff encourages Mom to participate in activities and socialize with other residents. She enjoys her bi-monthly visits to the hair salon and monthly manicure/pedicures, a service option offered onsite. Her PCP comes to her as well. During the cold winter months, it is comforting to know Mom doesn't need to brave the snow and cold to receive these services! Mom's apartment is light filled and spacious and she enjoys displaying her art for staff and family to view and comment on. She has great friends to sit with and enjoys the ice cream treats Lauren brings her way as well as her piano music at mealtime. Lauren, the Director of Memory Care is quick to respond to requests and reaches out with any needs, concerns, or ideas for making Mom's life at Havenwood a better experience. We are very grateful for the ongoing care and support Mom (and our family) receive during this vital time of her life and extend thanks to each member of the care team We appreciate YOU!

We have our Dad in the care suites and he can be difficult at time and the staff is patient with him and helps him be as independent as possible.

Life goes by very quickly. Children transition to adults, adults transition to seniors. The needs and desires reach a point of seniors needing help and support to live a productive life. Havenwood of Maple Grove is a premier facility in which I reside that has provided care and support. Come see what they have to offer!

The staff is very helpful, especially the concierge! We enjoy the outings, but wish there were more. The staff really cares and they seem happy to be here. They know all of our names!

The team at Havenwood of Maple Grove is great to work with. Joelle the executive director has many years of experience in senior housing, and she knows her stuff. Travis the director of sales and marketing is kind, compassionate and relatable when touring with people. I've visited the community many times with people I help, and it is always a pleasure.

About a year ago, we brought my dad, who needed 24 hour care and was diagnosed with MDS, to Havenwood. At the time, the doctors told us he had about 4 weeks to live. However, due to the care that he received here, he ended up living for another year. None of us expected to spend another Christmas or birthday with him yet but the care he received here went above and beyond and we had those moments again. Now, my dad did pass a week ago, but even though he's no longer there, the staff is still doing everything they can to help us with his Celebration of Life ceremony which will be held in their conference room. The staff is just so helpful and wonderful to deal with. If you're unsure about this place, i highly recommend it. They just might be able to extend your loved one's life.

My wife and I have been residents of Havenwood of Maple Grove for 2+ years now, she in memory care and me in an independent apartment. The memory care unit and its staff are second to none. They are caring and competent professionals who have treated my wife with dignity and love. The leadership here is committed to continuous improvement and it shows. Staff have been remarkably stable, each performing their responsibliities well. End of life issues and decisions are heart wrenching but there is no other place I would rather be at this stage of life.

The staff genuinely care for each resident and do their best to go above and beyond for each individual.
