I give a very well deserved 5 stars to St. John Home! I have lived at SJH for 4 years and have always been happy here and been taken care of. The staff are really great; friendly, and helpful. They'll spend time with me and play a game, walk around the block or just chat when I'd like the extra interaction. I've actually lived at a few different locations with St. John and liked them all. The houses are in nice neighborhoods with huge yards, in nice suburbs. All of them are well maintained inside and outside. And they are all kept super clean all the time. There's free fast wifi, and each bedroom has its own large smart TV with streaming connected. Joy is amazing. She always has been there for me and in my corner. If I ever need anything she is there for me. She is supportive and really wants the best for everyone. Saying she goes "above and beyond" for us residents isnt an exaggeration, its just the truth! Like for example on Thanksgiving and Christmas she gave us a beautiful catered holiday meal with all the fixings. That was extra special to me because that time of year is especially hard for me and i feel extra lonely and depressed but that really lifted my spirits! She takes us to different activities that we do every month like going to the movies, zoo, mall or bowling for example. I feel lucky to have found St. John Home and that there was an opening when I was looking for a customized living. As for those people that had a negative comment, all I can say is there's always people who will find fault in everything no matter what and I wouldn't give their words even one grain of salt! I wouldn't still be here if I wasn't having a positive experience. So go check them out, you'll be glad you did. 🙂

I lived at the st johns Plymouth location in late 2020 and I had absolutely no problems there. im a clean freak so that was a concern before I moved in but let me tell you that house was kept spotless clean by staff. I'm forever grateful for the owner Joy because I always felt like she had my back, so if you're looking for somewhere clean, safe and well managed you should probably choose this place. Facts!
