Cannot say enough about how much we LOVE the Waters of Edina! From pre-move-in to move-in and now several months post move-in the staff has been above and beyond professional, helpful and so accommodating. From amenities and programs -- especially 3X a week water aerobics to the AMAZING food - to the friendly and welcoming Concierge desk to fresh flowers throughout the building - my mom is THRIVING. If you're even thinking about Independent Living - you want to check out the Waters of Edina! There are a wide variety of beautifully situated apartments - we were happy to wait for just the one my mom wanted with a spacious laundry room that doubles as storage. Every room has a patio! The woman at the front desk is always friendly & helpful. I also met Sam one of the FNP’s and she was excellent . Also, ( not sure correct spelling) Emilie who was an aid and very caring and showed great patience working with elderly. Very impressed .

I had a difficult time getting into your facility as there was no one at the desk and the number that was there to call, which I did call, no one answered. Once I got inside the facility everything went well.

Everything about the facility and staff was wonderful. But the fact that visitors must STILL ring the doorbell to have a staff member (reduced on weekends I'm certain) to allow access in or out of the controlled access "pods" on the east side of the building is quite infuriating (wasting time of both the staff member as well as a visitor.)

I moved my Dad into the Waters in May of this year. He was reluctant to leave his house, but his body was breaking down and needed help. Upon moving in, he proceeded to meet people, develop great friendships and built a support community around him. The Waters of Edina fosters that community feeling with its residents. His body continued to deteriorate and the care staff did a great job caring for him and genuinely looking out for his best interests. He loved the residents, the food(which is outstanding) and the people who cared for him. I would highly recommend the Waters of Edina for your loved one. You won't be disappointed.

Although we give the overall experience at the Waters an A PLUS in each and every aspect - we have to single out one outstanding feature. The Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10:00 time is one not to be missed. It is the Water Aquatics and the benefits for us have been noticeable.

My father was in memory care at the Waters of Edina for the last 3 months of his life. I wish I had moved him here sooner! The staff was amazing, they are caring, supportive, and wonderful with people with dementia. I highly recommend this community!

Our family is so excited to have my parents join your community in January! I started exploring the Waters community with Christina at the Waters in Eden Prairie. She was so incredibly helpful with giving me the information I needed to start my search! Her compassion toward my parents needs was above and beyond! Her follow up was greatly appreciated as well! I just wanted you all to know how amazing she was with meeting my needs and helping me begin this journey for my parents!!

We had the good fortune of moving my mother into The Waters in 2020 (in the middle of the pandemic surge!). Our family has been truly impressed with the Waters and everyone who works there. After 5 years of trying to get her to move here from out of town, my 90 year old mother is so happy at the Waters that she said she wished she’d done it five years ago. This is a huge endorsement! At a time when there were so may adjustments and protocols to establish in order to keep everyone safe, and the staff at the Waters made it all feel comfortable and seamless. After having to cancel so may of their community events and traditions, they really went out of their way to continue to celebrate, engage, and help residents feel connected. Even the way they rolled out the Covid vax process so smooth and fun for everyone. You’re team really goes the extra mile and it shows. I’m happy my mother is in good hands and has been given a new lease on life. I highly recommend this sunny happy place for loved ones needing to transition to a care facility that fosters a lot of independence. Wanted to say what wonderful experiences we have had eating in the dining room! The food is always great! The staff and Tammy are fantastic! We have had a couple of private parties in the restaurant, a birthday party and thanksgiving, Tammy and her staff did a great job making sure we had everything we needed and the food has always been great. We would recommend having a casual dinner or any special occasion here, it has always been nice.

My mother has been a resident at The Waters of Edina since May. She loves it there. I truly appreciate all they do. The leadership, managers of each functional area and the care teams are amazing. They honestly care about each resident and maximizing their experience at their facility. They are genuine, caring individuals and we could not be grateful for all they do. My Mom started in independent living and needed to transition to Memory Care in September. They helped make the transition go smoothly and ensured it was a positive experience for my Mom. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
