New Perspective's in Eagan is an amazing place! They've been incredibly helpful and supportive right from the start. My dad had some ups and downs after he moved in. But I believe a big part of him coming through it all every time was because of the level of care and commitment to the residence that they have. While I think the place is great, the best part is that my dad loves living there. I highly recommend.

The entire process of moving our mother into this facility has been great. From the initial interviews and tours, the staff has been beside us making the transition easier and comfortable for our family and mother. The entire staff is always available to answer any questions or concerns we may have. Activities for the residents are fun and inviting. My family and I are very comfortable and satisfied with the move our mother made to New Perspectives in Eagan!

From the point of our initial inquiry with Trevor all the way to our parents’ move-in and transition as residents, our family’s experience with New Perspective has been exceptional. Staff have demonstrated authentic interest and concern for our parents’ needs and desires beyond anything we had experienced at other senior living options we had been considering. Spontaneous interactions with New Perspective residents during our tours provided the assurance that this is a community where residents are happy and fulfilled with what has become their new home. The move-in process went extraordinarily smoothly and provided a seamless transition both in terms of medical care and with the process of developing new and meaningful relationships. We are grateful we found New Perspective!

My mother has been a resident of New Prospective for over a decade and has never had any problems with security, residents, staff, living quarters or cuisine. They do shuttled day trips to the store and other activities to assist them in enjoying daily life. They have on site medical staff To assist with medications and other minor situations. To me it's almost like a hotel it's very homey. Very welcoming! The staff is very friendly and caring. You can trust that New Prospective has your elderly loved ones best interest at heart!

New Perspective Eagan has been the real deal and a saving grace for my mother AND my family. From the very beginning they really " saw" my mom and were stellar guides in assisting us to make sure needs were going to be met as she transitioned into memory care. It was SEAMLESS! ALL of the staff has been kind kindand helpful. When there has been changes, we are informed and I greatly appreciate the communication!!

My mom has lived at NP for 3 years. The past year she has been in Memory Care. In the past few months things have gone downhill quickly. Huge staff turnovers, little to no housekeeping, items lost, cares not completed, concerns not addressed. Communication is non-existent. I am beyond frustrated with the service and staff here. Our seniors deserve so much better. For $9,000/month I expect to be able to visit her without having to clean and provide cares. My last two attempts to address my concerns have gone unanswered.

My Parents love it here!!they have been here for 6 months. They both have dementia and i had been caring for them at my home for 3 1-2 years. It was very hard for me to make that transition. Trevor helped me every step of the the way as well as eased my fears. He then introduced me to the staff and that put the icing on the cake I mean every one here is very friendly and most of all they care about the residents. I truly recommend New Perspective Eagan❤❤ Thank You New Perspective from the bottom of my heart

The staff truly loves the residents and the residents seem to adjust well to their neighbors, surroundings, activities, and building relationships with others. My mother has lived their since 2004. She will be 91 next year and is aging well because of the care she has received at New Perspective. As her daughter, I have peace of mind that she is in good hands. The staff are wonderful and they treat their residents with dignity and respect.

My mom just moved into New Perspective. The staff there is very good and actually care about there residents which is wonderful! I worked very closely with Anita and she was so wonderful helping me fill out all the paperwork not to mention how caring she was when it came to helping my mom! It is not an easy decision when it comes to making the choice of putting your loved one in assisted living. I sure am thankful that I had the support of Anita and the entire staff at New Perspective.

This facility is beautiful! Your loved one will be very happy here. The director, Anita, is awesome!! She will help you coordinate everything. She is personally involved in every step of the process and she gets to know your loved one. She met my mother and brought her a gift which my mom has still not put down ??! I cant say enough positive about the facility and the staff! All are friendly and genuinely care about their clients!

We placed my father-in-law here and couldn't be happier from the day all the kids met Anita (Head of Sales) to the placement in the Apartment all has gone very well. Anita's Attention to detail and willingness to help has made this transition very seamless and almost effortless. Follow up on Any Questions have been answered promptly and any concerns have been met with the proper solution , I would Highly recommend this property.
