This is my home and I love it here! My apartment is very quiet and I have everything I want and need. I have a complete kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, and just love having a washer and dryer in my apartment! I especially love the very tasty food! There is a big variety of activities, and such nice people - they are part of my family!

I started working at this community one week ago...From the moment I walked in, I was very impressed! The community is very homey and the concierge and staff were extremely welcoming. The Staff seem happy to work here and the Residents are so friendly and all have stated they enjoy living here... that speaks volumes!

My husband and I moved my mom from Florida, her home of 26 years. My father had passed away and we wanted her close to us. She stayed with us for over a year. We knew it was time for her to get her own place. She had never lived alone in 78 years. This was a very scary move for her. We had heard of Tradition from a neighbor who had friends that lived there, and loved it! Not only was it only minutes from our home, but a beautiful place inside and out. My husband and I went and met with staff a few times prior to deciding this was the place to move mom. Every time we went, there were residents that were outside sitting together and always welcomed us with a smile. They looked happy! Staff was absolutely great! They went over everything with us. The apartment we chose was big, bright and cheerful. We knew this was the place. This was a HUGE life change for mom. She was definitely scared about moving out on her own to this new place. We got her moved in and within the week she sounded like a new person! She was so happy to be there. She loved her new home and friends she was making. We talk daily and she always is filling us in on her wonderful meals she is having and the new friends she has met that day. It has been such a comfort knowing mom is happy, active and safe in her new home.

From my experience, one of the best senior living facilities in the metro. The community is full of friendly residents, helpful and caring staff, and knowledgeable and professional managementI had the privilege to work there for over seven years as the culinary director, and was very proud to be able to serve my very own grandparents, who lived there for several years. My grandparents were very fond of the community, and it was one of the best environments that I have had the privilege to be part of as an employee.The residents were always so kind and grateful for the service and cuisine we were able to provide. In the seven years I worked there, I always looked forward to seeing all of my coworkers, staff, and residents.

The first thing my daughters and I noticed when walking into Tradition for the first time was the friendliness, not only of the staff, but also of the residents. Clearly this was a happy place to work and live.Last week was my first year anniversary living in this vibrant community and I have been grateful each and every day of the 12 months for making the decision to reside here. There are many activities available from learning foreign languages, meditation, movies, book club, exercise and Bible study ( to name a few). Best of all, if there is something that is of special interest to a resident that isnt on the ever-changing schedule, the staff will help to identify other persons who share your interest and help to establish a group.However, there is absolutely no pressure to take part in any activity if you not wish to do so. You can be as active or inactive as you please.I would be remiss if I do not mention the excellence of the dining room. Each day the tables are set with linen for the evening meal, which is only right since the surroundings should match the quality of the cuisine being served.f you are looking to find a true, happy home where people care about one another, please come for a visit.

I moved here 2 yrs. ago, it was the best move I ever made. The staff goes out of their way to be of service and to make you feel at home. Living here is like being part of a large and caring family. Lots of activities and social time. Just coming in the door you feel the warmth and friendliness. As an added benefit the food is good. Come join our great family.

I work with the staff at Tradition on a professional level. The staff are excellent, professional, and caring. They are knowledgeable in senior housing and services and are active within the industry! They put all their efforts into making Tradition a warm, welcoming, lively, and happy place to live. They take wonderful care of their residents that call Tradition home!

I worked at Tradition as the Director of Health Services. Although I have moved to a new field, I am fond of my time at Tradition. The residents are friendly and active, the staff is devoted and caring, and the facility is clean and well kept. I have recommended Tradition to many people both during my time working there as well as since, and will continue to do so. If I were in the market for this type of living facility, I would not hesitate to move there. The food is fabulous, the activities are fun and engaging, and the people are amazing. I'm a retired RN and volunteer at Tradition. The residents and staff are great and I thoroughly enjoy my time with them. There are many services and activities available to the residents - something for everyone. They are almost like a large family. I would highly recommend Tradition to anyone looking to move to an assisted/independent living environment.

My mother is 95 and has lived at Tradition since April of 2015. A year earlier, we had visited this facility and three others anticipating the time when she would have to leave her home. This was the nicest and also the least expensive of the four. I consider myself a discerning person and can sometimes be a bit hard to please, but I have not had one complaint about any part of the services and facilities they provide during the time Mom has lived here. If you are considering a move, I would like you to know what a wonderful place Tradition is. The first thing I noticed when mom first moved in was the friendly atmosphere and that almost instantly, the staff called her by name. Then, it wasn't long before they were calling me by name also even though I was just visiting several times a week. Speaking of the facility, it was originally constructed with the plan that the apartments would be sold. They made each unit spacious with high ceilings, a full kitchens, a large bath, laundry facilities and a balcony. Meals in the dinning room are of the "fine dinning" variety with cloth table cloths and napkins. There is always a featured meal, but residents can always order from the menu. Mom always tells me how good the food is. Her health has improved due to the good nutrition. My mother is at the highest level of care. The nursing department employs a wonderful staff. We meet quarterly for an evaluation of mom's needs and the plan that we have put together is followed to the "T". They insure that she attends exercise classes, and on alternating days, they take her for walks in the halls. She receives help with dressing and showering, they manage her medications, her apartment is cleaned once a week and someone comes in to do her laundry. Mom always tells me how they "pamper" her. If not for the care she receives, she would be in a nursing home at twice the price. The greatest benefit for me is the peace of mind that Tradition provides. They have my phone number and will call me to report an incident or when supplies need to be replenished. I highly recommend this wonderful facility!

Last spring my sister and I where looking for a place for my parents to live as they both have dementia. My father also has mobility issues and uses a walker. He needed a handy cap bathroom facilities, which they didn't have in their current apartment The day we went to look at different assisted living places, Tradition was the first place we looked at .As soon as we walked in my sister and I both said it felt like home! We had several other places to check out that day, just to make sure we covered all options After reviewing the different places, we decided to take our parents to the first place we had seen, for them to make the final choice!. They took a tour of facilities and the apartment. They liked the layout of the apartment which was open, the kitchen looks out onto the living room! Not super big but great for both of them! They liked that there was a patio door and balcony.,which brings the outdoors in. The apartment is full of light.. My mom was so excited that she had a dishwasher and a laundry room! The hallways and pathways are wide and wheelchair accessible in the apartment as well the rest of the building . After viewing the apartment we where treated to a free lunch! They have a full service restaurant that serves three meals a day.The food was excellent! As resident you get 10 meals a month included in your rent. This has been a blessing because shortly after my parents moved in mom was told she couldn't cook any more. Before they moved in both my parents where losing weight ( not intentional ) now they are gaing it back. The staff has been awesome and so helpful! Special kudos to Jennifer for making the transition easier for them and helping us with the paper work. Also kudos to Brian (head chef) and his staff for making such a wonderful lunch that day !
