Should have moved here 3 years ago! I lived in another complex that left everything to be desired! Don't plan to move anywhere else. Mgt is awesome, complex is well maintained & residents are a priority. I have lived here for 2 months now & am constantly amazed at the continued high quality of management & maintenance. The many amenities & well organized activities are a definite plus.

I moved here less than 1 week ago. To say I am impressed by everything is an under statement. I lived here for 3 years under different owners whom I would say not the best! Highland is amazing!! Less than 1 week of residing here & giving super ratings, this should be a draw for anyone 62 or older! The apt I live in is painted & updated. One would not believe it was the same building. Huge improvements”no tweed carpet, lights updated, new sink tops. Talk about cleanliness. Wow!! Along the baseboards in the hallways where there is typically dust & grit” not @ Blaine Town Square. Absolutely spotless. Another really impressive thing: I decided to open the window for a little breeze. The track the window goes into - spotless! Care is given to the windows & you can see through them . My previous bldg windows & tracks were never cleaned in the 6 yrs I resided there.Kudos to ALL the Staff & management. Outside, trees were trimmed today. It’s a warm & welcoming environment. I’m glad to be back @ 2401. My happy place. If you’re looking for a senior apt in Blaine, start here. You’ll be mesmerized by it, especially being an older building.Another bonus is that the rent is affordable. Come on down, meet some new friends & enjoy the comfort & care of Highland Properties & management!

We have been here four months now having moved in during the Covid pandemic. The manager Cat is great, very professional. Mike the Maintenance man is super helpful and polite. This is a clean apartment building and so well maintained. If you have ever walked an apartment building hallway and smelled what every one was cooking for dinner you will not find that here!

Mike is so knowledgeable about so many things and has such patience! He’s always cheerful and friendly and doesn’t show exasperation when we seniors can’t figure something out! We are truly blessed to have him taking care of problems.

We have new owners and it is wonderful. We now have a full time office and a full time maintenance. Both Cat and Michael could not be more helpful they are wonderful and any issues are fixed promptly and correctly. It is great to have questions answered on a daily basis in the office. All residents are treated with respect. It created a wonderful place to reside now! Extremely better than in the post with old owners.
