Our NEW manager has really improved the living conditions at Legends of Apple Valley. Finally, there are no more favorites/pets. Alex treats us all the same; and he is very pleasant to work with.

My only complaint is, we can't put anything on the doors for decorating purposes and no explanation for the reason! It's not a fire hazard, other places do it. It would greatly enhance the appearance and atmosphere. Currently, the hallways look like a corporate building or hospital. Very cold and impersonal.... With an echo.

Just moved in this month and we are very pleased with the property. The new maittenance guy Isaac is very friendly, helpful, efficient. The new asst manager Phil is awesome very friendly and helpful and quick to help resolve any issues. Very clean building, quiet, and residents are very nice here.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Legends of Apple Valley. My mother had lived with me for 7 years to get herself back on her feet. On a whim, we thought we would go tour some senior apartments as at the time she was likely going to need knee surgery and needed a one level living situation. From the moment we walked in the front doors, Mom was hooked. The office Staff Samantha and Sacha were so friendly and patient. My mom had never had her own place. We walked in the open unit they had and she knew she found her next home. It was inviting and so much natural light. The unit itself was stunning and so clean. It was also very SAFE! That was key for me. So in a matter of weeks, we were moving her there. The residents were so welcoming and Mom loved all the little pups that passed her window or that she passed in the hallway. My mom moved in March 2022 and unfortunately passed in November due to a quick illness. She was never happier than she was at the Legends. It made her so sad that she didn't find this place earlier but while she was there she was in her happy place. I thank all of the wonder residents and to Samantha and Sacha for all their kindness and helpfulness during a painful time. I will miss all my new friends there but hope to see everyone again soon when my mom's best friend moves back to Minnesota. The Legends is at the top of her list. Peace and hugs to you all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My mom moved in there after being in her home for 50 years. She is the happiest I've ever seen her. She's close to many shops restaurants and retail. She loves her brand new appliances and countertops and Samantha down stairs has been incredible! Very kind residents in a supportive environment....
