My husband was transferred here after surgery. He arrived on a very warm Friday evening. His room had no AC. We were told the maintenance guy would probably be around on Monday. He was given a small, clip on fan. He was to have help getting out of bed so he called for help to get to the bathroom. No one ever came. He wound up back in the hospital and he never returned there. The place is really bad.
