Wonderful place to work for! I have been a caregiver for 10 years now and I am impressed by how much haven of rest goes above and beyond for their residents. This is a close family/friendship atmosphere, they give care based on individual needs, the food is homeade by the house cook daily. Activities are organized by what residents enjoy doing. They work close with family members to incorporate previous resident lifestyle enjoyments. Residents are friendly and they really enjoy one another's company. Happy to be a part of the Haven of Rest Family!

Had the privilege of visiting a dear friend weekly in this home for over 6 year period of time. What a beautiful home, loving care givers, and atmosphere of true Christian servanthood to my friend from the owners on down through staff. Not unusual to spell homemade pies baking along with dinner preps which came fresh from their garden. Would choose this place in a heartbeat if the need ever became mine. Carolyn Carlisle Martin

This place feels like grandma's home. The warmth, the friendliness, the cleanliness, and the care is absolutely spectacular. In a few moments I felt at home. Kids, when the time comes for me--and I need some extra care--this is the place.

This is a wonderful place all around. My parents spent five years living in an apartment in the independent living wing and recently moved to the assisted living wing, and both experiences have been wonderful. The staff is experienced and helpful, the facility is well maintained, and the food is excellent. I rest easy knowing Mum and Dad are in good hands.
