I have lived here over 15yrs the staff great some people you can t please they just know how to Complain I didn't like the change either but I got over missing old way if you don't like it move all of greenwood villa staff is OK in book

I personally enjoy living there with my Grandparents. Though I cannot speak on the behalf of them, I would like to say that for a senior citizens home, especially after the remodeling, it is a comfortable place to live. The workout rooms are great, and the pool tables and everything just make the place a lot better than it was 5 years ago. Nice work guys.

At the beginning when I moved here it was a little rough. I moved into an apartment that was just rebuilt after a fire. The apartments are super beautiful. Nice set up, spacious, and I like the area where it is located. However, it was a spider issue, not any other bugs, just spiders that really made it challenging in the beginning. Plus it didn't help being in a forest like environment. Now that the issue has been taken care, I can enjoy my place in peace. The maintenance are on it when I call in something. This place goes by your income and they even have a tower for seniors which I think is cool. I love my neighbors and I like the fact that we have a gym and all of the extra things. I like the little activity packs the put in the doors for people who have children, every week. I have a good amount of space in my place and I love the walk in closets. I love how many cabinet and drawers are in the kitchen. I also like the cameras around the complex and on the building doors and halls. I can honestly say I love this place now.

Whitney has no people skills and is not competent to work with seniors. I have lived here for 5 years and in the past had very capable and wonderful experiences with staff also with everyone I have ever worked with. Greenwood is a wonderful place to live but needs a new manager that knows how to treat people.
