I have visited this facility numerous times times and it has been clean, the staff was very friendly. They have different activities for the residents also. I was there and helped during the Easter Egg Hunt for the residents and their families and the families of their workers. It turned out great and the residents enjoyed looking for the eggs also. I would recommend Story Point to anyone who is looking to put their loved one in a facility that feels like home.

My mother was in a residential facility for a couple of years and made due with a public shower and one room. StoryPoint (Provision Living at move-in time) was brand-new beautiful and offered a selection of rooms/apts. with a kitchenette/living room, separate bedroom, and a large bathroom with a handicap shower”all for less than what my mom was paying at her previous facility. Selecting Story Point was a no-brainer! The staff is caring, considerate and supportive, not only of the needs of the residents, but also their family members. I receive calls from her health care providers routinely to discuss medications, treatment plans and my mom’s general physical/ mental condition. There are ample opportunities for exercise classes, games, movies. socializing”as much as my mom desires. Monthly musical performances and special holiday activities and dinners are well done. The beautifully maintained central courtyard offers cafe tables and sun shades to enjoy the flowers, fresh air and sunshine. The bottom line: if you’re searching for a facility for a loved one, you have to check out Story Point!

The facility is clean and well maintained. There are too many turnovers in staffing but the core staff remains the same which is a positive. Sometimes there is a breakdown in communication among staff. Would recommend this facility to others.

Storypoint St. Joseph is really amazing! Not only is the community beautiful but right from the beginning tour with Rachel, you can feel that the staff really care about the residents they serve. It’s great to see so many people interacting with each other all the time. Residents and staff really seem engaged and happy. The food really is something you don’t see too often in a retirement community. They make really beautiful and delicious meals that everyone gets to enjoy together. You need to see this place for yourself.

I went to StoryPoint for a tour & the administration & staff were so friendly & thorough. Rachel & Eric H answered all my questions & even the head of nursing, Eric B spent time explaining medical care, etc. The facility was clean & beautifully set up. The 1st day my friend moved in, she was greeted by staff &lots of residents! Everyone made her feel so welcomed! They all have been there to help her acclimate to this new facility (something you don't come across often by other facilities). The food is top notch & they offer tons of fun activities for the residents. I can't say enough about Storypoint, just thankful that we finally found a caring, clean, comfortable new home.

Someplace I would feel comfortable having a family member live! As a healthcare provider I visit many senior living facilities. Story point St. Joe is always clean and extremely well maintained. There is a large variety of daily activities for all residents to participate in. Staff has always been easy to communicate with and are very caring towards the residents!

StoryPoint has been a wonderful place for my mother-in-law. The building is always clean and well maintained, with fresh, inviting d©cor that feels warm and uplifting instead of institutional. It truly doesn’t feel like most facilities I’ve visited. The staff is what makes it exceptional”they are consistently kind, patient, and attentive, treating residents and guests with genuine care and respect. Knowing she is surrounded by people who greet her by name and look out for her gives our family so much peace of mind. We are very grateful for StoryPoint.

Not that Provision have gotten rid of a certain manager.I payed a visit there. I read the menu it's really nice. Just take out rthat bad apple you will see a improvement in the place. Provision you're going to be ok. Now I give you a thumbs up ‘.
