My neighbor who is a resident has stated numerous times that she enjoys the food, staff and safety which she is afforded by living here.

The entire staff is helpful and caring. The activity staff take great pains to assure the residents have programs: the aides are quick to come when called IF they have a pager, very often that is not the case. However the food is not worthy of the lowest of restaurants. There could be much improvement if the management cared about the residents and not so much the profits from our stay here. No, I cannot advise anyone to move into Caretel without first tasty the food.

The shared rooms are pretty small. Very friendly and helpful staff. That is most important. I would still highly recommend.

My moms room and the bathroom were very clean and I appreciate that big improvement from about a month and a half ago. Everything was organized and put in its place like my wife wouldve done at our home. Very good, thanks

Had to move my mother here because another place wasnt working out. Even though she only stayed here a week, the whole family was able to see her prior to her passing. They have great testing for covid in place and work well with families involved with Hospice. Thank you for making her last week pleasant.

Julian and Martha are starting to settle in. Both of them like their small suit of 1 bedroom, living room and the mini kitchen. Julian was always a busy person and at age 93 he finds it a bit hard to slow down, but he is making progress. Martha on the other hand is embracing the relaxed atmosphere at Caretel. They are very pleased with the staff and their attentiveness towards the Residents. Camile deserves a special mention for making their transition so pleasant.

Caretel is a nice place, clean and lots of light in the common areas. Staff were polite and helpful. I dont have any complaints!

This place does NOT feel like a typical nursing home - more of a mini-village-resort mood. It is really hard to deal with covid restrictions on top of accepting the need for care beyond what we can give my mom, but Caretels staff does an excellent job of giving her the love were not allowed to and doing their best to make visits as easy and safe as possible. There are some truly amazing folks working here. Updating: Moms been there about 9 months now, just moved from Assisted Living to Memory Care Unit, and my impression hasnt changed. If youre put off by the negative reviews, do check the dates - looks like most of them are from over 2 years ago. Were glad every day that we choose Caretel.

I've worked here for about 3 years and my team is more like family. A fun, energetic place and family to be apart of. Great opportunity comes with working here and every day is GREAT day when working at Caretel.

I know how hard it is to have a loved one live in asst living. But the staff at the rehab area and the assisted living both did an outstanding job taking care of my Dad. They were kind, considerate and cared for him well. My only suggestion would be to have someone give the family a short orientation session. We really didn't know what to do until a few days in. The rehab area could use a lounge area to get out of the room for a bit. Otherwise, the atmosphere is very homey, and the staff outstanding.

My mother has been a resident of Caretel Inns for some time. We have found care for her to be very good, with assistants and nursing staff alike going out of their way to care for and be good to her. Caretel has truly become her home and over the years she has made many friends there.

Caring
It's really tough to have a family member live in assisted living. But the nursing staff was kind, and very caring of my father. I appreciated everything they did for him. He was always clean and warm. When he wouldn't eat, they brought him treats that he liked. The only drawback would be that, we as family, floundered a bit for the first few days. A quick orientation would have been very helpful in this respect. The rooms are clean and homey.

Very good overall experience. No complaints at this time. Employees seem to work very hard and care about what their doing for the most part. They answer call lights in a timely matter and are very polite.
