This is by far the most beautiful Senior Living place I have ever toured. It has absolutely everything to offer you could possibly need or want. It is immaculate. Holly , gave my friend & me the tour & it totally exceeded our expectations. It offers Dozzens of ammenities too numerous to mention that are most wonderful. I applied for an apartment & will soon be moving in. I am so excited to start living in my new home. Everyone is so nice. Holly is wonderful & perfect at being Manager. She is knowledgeable, very efficient, helpful friendly & kind & easy to talk to. Anyone would be very happy & comfortable to live at such a beautiful , well taken care of & well run Senior Living Retirement Community. Connie Rowden

We had a really nice tour of the facility - met some sweet people who live there! We went back a second time with family so everyone could see the facility and a sample set of rooms! We have applied for an apartment and hopefully one will become available soon!

While the staff is friendly and my mother has made friends that she finds rewarding, I am concerned about the activity offerings. It seems like many of them are resident run ie. bingo, Rosary and choir. The problem with that is the residents are always at risk of losing these activities. When my mother first moved in every Friday they offered Happy Hours, birthday parties or musicians, some form of entertainment. Now there are fewer Friday celebrations. May only 3 of 5 Fridays had onsite parties. June only 1 Friday has a party , entertainment scheduled.There are many bus trips throughout the month but many residents, like my mother, cant do these trips out.

Im just waiting for a few loose ends to be tied up and I will hopefully be one of SwanHavens newest residents ....... I cant wait . Its one of the best retirement communities in Mid Michigan, according to the research Ive done , as well as my personal encounters with the staff , ( Katelynn) . She has been more than helpful , and a delight to deal with . Ill feel Blessed to become a part of this community . So much so , this will more than likely be my final home , before I leave this earth ,God willing. Anyone looking for a great place to retire, should consider Swanhaven Manor.

Swanhaven Manor is a fabulous place for my Grandma. She loves living there and is very active within the community, including going on bus trips out to lunch and shopping.

I have been to a lot of events at Swanhaven Manor. The staff is always extremely friendly and the residents are very welcoming. It is a beautiful community that is always well maintained. The residents are very lucky to have such an amazing place to call home.
