Carla LaMarr and the Edgewood staff made my mom's transition to their facility almost seamless. Since this was my family's first time working with assisted living, we really appreciated the many honest and direct conversations we had with them. The Edgewood community has been my location of employment for the past two years as the Administrator. Let me tell you what sets this location apart from others. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the welcoming staff! Edgewood is by far the cleanest Assisted Living Center around. Unlike most senior living homes, the menu has a home-cooked meal style with a variety of choices on the alternative menu. You do not have to go far to find staff either. Life Enrichment offers at least 3 activities a day with regular outings. The building is well maintained with beautiful landscaping! The best part of Edgewood is the team of people that provide high-quality care to the residents! The Edgewood team allows families the relief in knowing their loved ones are receiving the best care....and that is priceless.

Edgewood is an amazing assisted living center. When you are there, you are greeted by staff and welcomed by all. The center is home like with the decorations and coziness it provides. The administrator is kind and caring, treating all residents like her own family. I highly recommend Edgewood!

From the moment that we first looked at Edgewood, we were struck by the friendliness of ALL of the employees towards not only us as visitors but towards the residents and each other. They truly care for each and every resident as though they were their family members. They have done a great job of taking care of my Mom and at the same time valuing her independence. Just completed paperwork for my husband to stay here, although he's been coming here for respite for 6 months. Toured other nice places, but couldn't seriously consider any other facility! My husband loves it here(especially the food!) and literally everyone treats him like a king, from the kitchen people all the way up to the administrator! As much as I hated having to put him anywhere, I will not have to worry for a minute while he is here. Everything explained to me and it was made as pain-free as possible! Thank you!
