My uncle Bill just moved in. Chris, Amanda and staff have been nothing short of exceptional in accommodating needs, benefits. We cannot thank the entire staff enough for their kindness, compassion and assistance. It was the smoothest transition for my uncle and we could not be happier with the level of care. Thank you for putting our minds at ease and knowing Uncle B is safe and happy!
April 2023
My brother and I moved our mom into this facility a couple weeks ago and we are so happy with how they have transitioned her. Amanda Beaudoin, the Community Relations Director, has been a massive help and a saving grace during such a difficult time for our family. She was constantly in communication and always understanding of our needs. We love the social opportunities, meal options, and friendly staff here already. We are so grateful to have found Freedom Place Roseville!

We couldn't of had a more pleasant experience. We had to make the hard choice of finding a place this past Nov. for our loved one. Amanda made moving my Uncle in from the hospital to American House Freedom Place painless. She is so kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and has made us feel we made a great choice, choosing AHFP for his forever home. We highly recommend Amanda and the great staff we've experienced! Thank you Amanda for going above and beyond for the residents at AHFP!

We moved my mom to AH Freedom Place Memory care in Roseville a few weeks ago. This decision is one of the most difficult any family will face. Amanda Beaudoin, the Community Relations Director, went above and beyond in her support and assistance through the process. We exchanged countless calls and text messages (at all hours of day and night) about any little or large detail or question long before we chose Freedom Place and that support continues now that mom is here. That spoke volumes to me about her genuine concern and compassion for not only every resident, but their family. The entire care team is exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful. Tracy, a caregiver, is one of mom’s angels here on earth. Mike in maintenance is a gem. These are tough times when it comes to staffing shortages. And that crunch is evident here, as it is everywhere. Caregiving is a truly heroic job. And while of course I wish there were more of them, the caregivers here are worth their weight in gold.

My mom is THRIVING at American House Freedom Place. The staff is friendly, patient and caring. Amanda helped me with all the questions and concerns before my mom's move in. She has been here for over 6 months and I cannot express how thankful I am for their professionalism and loving care.
October 2022
My Dad loves the American House Freedom Place. They remind him when to go to his meals, they check on him all the time and he goes to exercises everyday. They are always doing something there - lots of live entertainment. Amanda Beaudon was so helpful explaining all the features to us and showing us around and making our move and transition so smooth
August 2022
My mother needed to transition from rehab to memory care in a hurry. I met with Amanda Beaudoin at Freedom Place in Roseville, MI to tour the facility. Amanda was and is amazing! I met with her on a Monday and within eight days my mom was ready to move in. There was a lot to accomplish and she worked with me and the rehab center very closely to make it happen in record time! The entire staff at Freedom Place are wonderful and they work hard to make the residents feel comfortable. Kudos to Amanda, Toya and everyone at Freedom Place, Roseville, MI!
February 2019
For the extremely high prices they charge, the people who live there get adequate care as far as food, bathing and medication in a beautiful homelike setting. But there doesnt seem to be any activities provided on the weekends to mention. The food is fair but nothing special. Everyone is just propped to watch TV in between meals. Every time you come there to visit there is someone who has fallen with stitches or bruises. Caregivers always have to be sought out. I saw a caregiver yell at a man in a wheelchair to get the ____ out of her way! There is somebody different working there every time. The employees all start out very nice and after being there a while they all say they care about the people but the companys work ethics are so demeaning to the point of insulting and the most caring and best of the lot end up leaving. If you express concerns about people receiving proper care the manager with the Napoleon complex has the attitude if you dont like it take your business elsewhere. (your parent is business to him) The honeymoon from when they first opened is over and the prices have gone up. There is new construction of senior living going up along the only driveway into the place it is just a mess trying to get to the building. Nice try. It looks good but its just not as good as the regular Senior living provided by American House.
