Beautiful, clean, amazing food and top notch therapy.. that’s what you can expect when you choose this facility for rehab after a hospital stay. Tyler and his team really strive to give the best experience and meet all of your care needs. If you haven’t already, stop in and check them out - you won’t be disappointed! In addition to fabulous therapy there are all sorts of activities to do in between rehab sessions and did I already mention the food. You have to come try it out for yourself!!! You will love it !!

The facility is always very clean and beautiful. Missy at the front desk is truly wonderful, she is always so kind and patient with my mom. She gently redirects her and keeps her safe.. I also want to thank all the other caring receptionists,HR manager , Head nurse (Nicole ),,nurses ,physical therapists and staff who work very hard to support the residents . We are so blessed to have you .

Amazing place and people! My husband was at WellBridge Rochester for two weeks. I am so impressed either way the place and everyone in it! I’ve been in places and never got that kind of care. Everyone was so kind and kind spoken, always willing to help him and even me. Were there things that one could complain, for sure but they were small things - petty things. Even the young woman at the Bistro /Starbucks was so kind and helpful. I can’t say enough great things about Amber, the Social Worker who was always so sweet and caring, and set up home care for when he came home. From the first day she told us she was available for any questions, etc. MEALS - I was so surprised to see the aids, nurses, kitchen staff, and even the social worker serving the people’s meals, and being so kind. BTW someone wrote a terrible review about bugs. The place is pretty spotless. NO bugs. The women who were at the front desk were so welcoming. AND THERAPY - everyone knew what was needed for his therapy.

I cannot say anything about this facility yet. I have only been here 2 days. What I can say is Latosha ”cena has been amazing. She knows how to treat people. She has a great heart and has treated my mom so well. I trust her 100%. She makes us feel so much better in a bad situation. I wish we could have her all the time. Such a joy.

I can’t thank the staff enough for the care and support they gave my mom during her time at Wellbridge of Rochester Hills. From the beginning, she was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. The nurses, therapists, and aides all went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and progressing in her recovery. The facility was clean, welcoming, and felt like a safe place for healing. It gave our family peace of mind to know she was in such good hands. We’re truly grateful.

Allowing for elderly persons requiring assistance with daily life skills to lay in urine soaked bedding and clothes for extended periods of time is unacceptable. Not answering the call button for 15 minutes is unacceptable. When a family decides to remove their loved one from the facility because of the care not provided, you failed to provide the referral for in home PT/OT is also unacceptable.

Edit to review.2 months to respond to my review, pretty much backs up the lack of communication from your facility. I will not be reaching out. I’m sure you have his records, to which my information is listed. You should be reaching out to anyone who left a poor review personally. I would not recommend this facility for a loved one. My dad spent just short of three weeks there. I was originally told his insurance only approved 10 to 14 days. The day before what we thought was discharge, I was told he was approved for another week. Felt like a money grab. There was no communication from anyone at the facility for 12 days. I would call leave voicemails, with no return calls. During a visit, I demanded to speak to somebody about why he wasn’t being discharged. The next day, the phone calls finally started. First time I had actually heard from a physical therapist or anyone about his progress. A family member was there everyday and no one was ever available or came to talk with us. I left yet another voicemail requesting a meeting between his therapist, his family and his senior living facility. No meeting happened and the phone call was not returned. The food was awful. They let him sit in a diaper all day instead of getting him up and taking him to the bathroom. Then two days before discharge I received a voicemail from the caseworker of the facility. She should’ve hung up the phone because the voicemail recorded her mocking me when she thought the call had finished. Completely unacceptable! The positives and nurses aides were very kind and sweet with him. The speech pathologist was wonderful. It’s clean and somewhat modern but does give off a nursing home vibe. Do better Wellbridge! Family members should not need to have a part/time job trying to contact you and find out what’s happening with their loved ones.

Wellbridge of Rochester Hills. I am 56 years old, complex medical condition, baseline is walking & active. I spent about seven weeks there for my therapy My legs did not really work. Nuff’said After three months, being in the hospital with PT and OT, I have to confess that Wellbridge is the facility that had the accommodations, doctors, RN, facility managers, case managers, dietitian, nutritionist, pass time activities, homework, correct therapist and the equipment, specifically the G5, the anti-gravity treadmill. I have nothing but total praise and great service and accommodations on all aspects from this particular rehab facility. Tray, Joy, Whitney are the BEST LPN AIDES out there. My aunt is staying at well bridge for physical therapy where they had a great festival today with beautiful decorations! Sarah, Tammy and the activities group put on a wonderful event. the patients and the families enjoyed it all. My aunt said it’s the most fun she’s had in a while thank you for the memory!!!! I would also like to commend the physical therapy department for being so nice and patient. Putting 4 stars instead of 5 because the nurses sometimes take a long time to answer the call button but we love when Donny and aj are on her hall because they care and put in effort.

I was at this facility the entire month of January after spending 30 days in the hospital. It was my first time as an in-patient and I was pleasantly surprised. From the time I was checked in throughout my stay, all the staff was helpful, cheerful, very respectful and available. The food was very good and the therapy was on point. Every place was extremely clean with no odor at all. I would recommend WellBridge for short-term rehab.

I recently stayed at WellBridge of Rochester for a week after surgery. I would highly recommend this facility. The staff, including Nursing, Cna's, Food service, Physcial Therapy, House keeping, were all very kind and knowledgeable. The food choices were amazing. Therapy helped me to improve my mobility. I found this a caring place with caring employees.

I had my mother n law recently in their care for SAR and had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend for rehab. They were able to build up her strength. **Addendum to my review. Since my original review the staff has been much better. The management also been very responsive and VERY nice. Having your mother admitted to rehab is very stressful under the best of conditions. I was just on a call with the director of rehab and she was excellent. The CEO of the company personally intervened for us which is unheard of. Changing my rating. In spite of the CMS rating, this place is terribly mismanaged. My 90 year old mother is there for rehab and she is ignored constantly. I have complained to the owner to no avail. There is no real management onsite. The employees are nice but unsupervised. My mother routinely hits her call button to go to the restroom and is ignored for 30-45 minutes and she soils herself and sits in it. We have been asking for s shower for 5 days and everyone points the finger at someone else. It is very chaotic and clearly has poor leadership. We are there every day and I shudder to think about those poor souls who are being neglected because the have no family to advocate for them. WE have been trying to find a place to move her and as soon as we can we will.

I would like to thank the nursing and assistant staff for being professional, polite, friendly and caring in spite of being short handed at times. The PT/OT sent me home with the skills I needed. The food was way above what I expected.

My mom has been at the facility since February and she LOVES it there!! It is her new home! The facility is clean and very well maintained. Staff people are kind and attentive. Thanks to the professional and caring PT team, my mom recovered fast from NPH. Her process of recovery naturally has ups and downs and the center actively works with us to accommodate and support. Mom does not speak English, but everyone has been patient and makes the extra effort communicating to her via different means. Nurses make sure she follows instructions of taking her med. Her room is maintained clean and she is regularly bathed. Food is delicious and freshly made...Weekly activities are well planned (upper body fitness, craft making, playing cards, music events, etc.). It has been such a relief knowing my mom has been very well taken care of. Everyone there deserves an applause, Lisa, Anne, Monica, Hanna, Faith, Danielle, Tom, on and on... can not say enough good things about the center. I highly recommend this place!

If anyone would ask, I would tell them to come here. They have good therapy and nursing staff, 100% YES. The food is delicious and room. They have challenges as anyone else, but they care and they will work through them.
