They are available 24/7, incredibly compassionate, and so attentive to the little details. They learn all preferences right away and always keep family informed, which has brought peace of mind to so many and they are genuinely cared for. The community itself is gorgeous ” It's spotless, warm, pet-friendly, and feels like home. Great chef-prepared meals and the activities are frequent & quite a variety. The apartments are spacious with many different floorplans each meeting your needs. I can see a real difference in residents many becoming more social, more active, and happier. At Atria you no longer have to worry and know your family/friend is in great hands. I am so grateful to the entire team at Atria Kinghaven. If you're a fellow caregiver looking for independent or assisted living for a loved one, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our mom spend 6+ years at Kinghaven and she loved every minute of it. She was able to participate in all activities and made many friends while she was there. I could not say better things about my experience and interaction that I myself have had and my Aunt. My Aunt and I have checked out several places downriver and while their prices were a little cheaper nothing compared to Atria Kinghavens welcoming and friendly community. My Aunt has been very pleased with the care and attention she receives. Ryan was just a pleasure, he helped us navigate everything so that my Aunt was able to have a smooth transition from living alone to now being with people her age that she is able to relate and build relationships with if she chooses so. One of my favorite touches is seeing photos of residents’ loved ones who served displayed on the main walls, it’s such a meaningful way to honor their stories and lives. The variety of activities and classes is wonderful, and they even offer things like massages, which is such a special bonus. Most of all, the staff is amazing. They truly care and treat every resident like family. You can tell all the residents are happy here, and honestly, every time I’m visiting at Atria Kinghaven, I feel happier too. I cannot say enough about the gem we found when searching for an assisted living community for my stepmother Bev. After touring multiple facilities, and weighing our options, Atria Kinghaven ended up being our first choice. I can't say enough about their attentiveness to detail in everything they do. The staff are extremely compassionate and really enjoy what they do, and it is reflected in how happy, content, and engaged the residents of Atria Kinghaven are every time we visit. There are multiple activities daily, trips for shopping, trips to go out for lunch, and group outings to various activities. Meals are served restaurant style in the dining room with linen napkins, real plates, glassware, etc., and there are multiple options for meal selection. When crunching the numbers, the cost of placing a loved one at Atria Kinghaven is comparable to other facilities that provide the same level of amenities. I just can’t say enough of how appreciative we are for the care they provided Bev. I would definitely recommend Atria Kinghaven to anyone looking for a community for their loved one. It is not only a place to live, it is a place to thrive.

Atria Kinghaven in Riverview is an outstanding Senior Living facility. When my mother was 91, she decided that her home was too much work for her and we searched for a place for her. She loved Kinghaven immediately. The facility is clean and bright with lots of gathering spaces for interaction and activities. My Mom ate lunch and dinner in the dining room but had a small breakfast in her room. She also needed some personal services, including help with a shower and with dressing. These was in addition to her rent. The cost was reasonable and worth every cent. All of the staff, from the administrators to the CNAs, were so professional and caring. Each one of them took a personal interest in her and became part of her "tribe". She made many new friends and LOVED her time there. She was also able to receive physical and occupational therapy right on-site. She enjoyed everything during her 4 years there. We are so thankful for everyone at Kinghaven. Kudos to Dan and Flora for going "above and beyond" for Mom.

Roland was my point person when I scheduled a tour. He listened to all of my concerns and my parents needs and highlighted where Atria would shine in accommodating them and keeping them safe. He really wants to get to know who new residents are so they can better accommodate them. He was quick to answer all my questions, and to anticipate many. He knows the property, and staff, but more importantly he knows the residents too. The property is beautiful and has so many positives that its hard to highlight just one aspect of the building and people. Two things that make Atria stand out for facilities is the menu and the activities available. There are other areas that make Atria unique in the area and all are positive. This is definitely one property you need to tour if you are in need.

Roland (sales) was great informing and slowing us around. He asked us about my Mom who is 96 and will be moving into the facility. Very understanding of our needs for our mother. It is the hardest thing that our family had to do is moving her out of her house after 69 years. He made us feel like family right away which made us decide to secure a unit here. Roland has an open door policy and has been so supportive and easily accessible to our needs. Flora the Executive Director is great as well. She is very friendly and approachable at all times. Wendy the Community Business Director was great explaining the contract and very friendly and approachable. The apartment is very nice with a balcony and very bright and airy. The outdoor is beautifully landscaped. My mom moves in shortly and we (including my mom) cannot wait. I highly recommend Atria Kinghaven.

The decision to move a parent out of their home -it's one of the hardest things for them and you. Touring Atria with mom was a wonderful experience and after bringing mom there was one of the best choices for the both of us. The facility is a beautiful place and the staff....AMAZING!! There's a learning curve for both mom and family but the staff has been extremely friendly and caring and helps us through every step guiding us along the way. From the moment you walk through the doors everyone is so friendly from the residents to those work in the front desk from food services and housekeeping and the management staff . I cannot say enough good things about Flora! Anytime I have any questions or concerns I'm able to reach out to her quickly and get any questions answered and any services resolved. It's comforting to know Mom gets socialization, quality meals , has less risk for falling has her medicine taking care of by a staff that treats everyone as family! TY ATRIA!

Atria has recently become my parents new "home". Dad needs help with ADL's (activities of daily living) and the burden of his ongoing care was too much for my mom to manage independently. From the first tour with Ashley thru the assessment process with Dan and Flora, my parents have been treated with compassion, respect and the kind of care that helped set my mind at ease. Knowing that they would receive the help they might need is a relief! Their apartment is very homelike and any details that needed attention are promptly addressed by Brian and Jon. Atria has the amenities and services availble to assist my parents in maintaining their highest standards for quality of life. Including transportation to/from doctor visits. (Chuck, the driver is wonderful!). It is evident that the staff is committed to the residents who live there. The overall vibe is very pleasant and positive, including the friendly dining room staff. I am very grateful with how well my parents have been supported in adapting to their new home at Atria.

My father in law was in Atria for 4 years before passing this past June, 2024. He enjoyed the workers and his buddies very much. After being in his home for many years we were afraid of moving him but he adapted very quickly and loved it. Everyone was very pleasant to us as well from the front desk to the girls that helped take care of him to Dan the nurse on duty. They stood by our sides right till the end and then followed up with us after his passing to see how we are doing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Recently our 90 year old Mother fell and broke her hip. After leaving the rehabilitation facility we had to make a hard decision. Our choices were limited and we decided to look at Assisted Living communities. We toured 5 local facilities and l wish we would have started where we finished. Ashley at Atria was a breath of fresh air. She was so informative and knowledgeable. There is absolutely no comparison to other places. Prices for all 5 locations were within $150 monthly. Atria, not even being the most expensive outweighs any of the others. The staff, the residents, the entertainment, the food, the cleanliness and the care. We toured on Monday and Mom had a new and fabulous place on Tuesday. Save yourself a lot of time and stress, start your search at Atria Kinghaven. It’s definitely a Five Star Community.

My auntie has been in this facility for about a year now. Flora, the general manager, runs kinghaven very well. Every employee cares about the residents. The activities are never ending. Good exercise equipment with classes. Movies, popcorn and social hour alot of fun. They work as a team, that is why Kinghaven, and Flora, are the best bet for your elderly family members. OMGsh ❣️❣️❣️I’m a private duty caregiver and most of my clients are at Atria Kinghaven. It’s always such a joy to care for a client here because at Atria Kinghaven you’re never feel like you’re alone. The staff treat you like family. And the residents are always so chipper and happy because every staff member is treated with the utmost respect and TLC imaginable. Never have I seen such devotion, caring compassionate teamwork and I’ve been around this work for 35 years. Flora and Dan are very special. They hold and keep Atria Kinghaven together as a family unit. That’s not easy with so many personalities running around staff, residents, family members and private duties. It’s super clean, the food is fantastic! Overall, the warmth here at Atria Kinghaven is evident. I walked through their doors almost two years ago the love and warmth was overwhelming and today it still remains the same with each passing day.

We toured over the weekend. Our first impression is that it is gorgeous. My grandmother is preparing to move to assisted living. After touring Atria Kinghaven . . I think we know where she'll be moving to. Although the rent is not cheap, it surprised me how low it was in comparison to other similar facilities with less amenities.

Our family helped move Mom and Dad into their new apartment this weekend. My daughter and I looked at other senior communities before showing Kinghaven to them. Kinghaven was by far the most beautiful (Mom says like a hotel), clean, spacious, offering a wide variety of amenities - not to mention knowledgeable, kind, caring and helpful staff. It has only been a couple days, but Mom and Dad like the convenience and floor plan of their single story apartment, the full service dining room (no cooking), the 24/7 caf©, and coffee in the morning on their balcony. Their house was their home for over 50 years. They and we believe that their new place will be a place they can call home.
