My father has been here for a little over a year and has been pleased with the service compared to other places of living he was previously at. Laura A. And Katrina have been very accommodating since the first day and have helped navigate issues with my father’s health and day to day inquires with total support. Staff is attentive and helpful. Flourish is clean and in a good location, based on his needs. Would recommend this place for a loved one.

Katrina Chappell was one of the first people I met when my dad moved to Flourish Collection of Oakland Charter Township over a year ago. Katrina helped me feel comfortable about my dad's care. She is always helpful and a great communicator when I have questions. I feel Katrina has gone above my expectations when my dad has been sick. Katrina was promoted to a Wellness Team Supervisor and I am so grateful that she is watching over my dad and others.

My mother has lived in the Flourish Community for over a year now. She unfortunately had a hospital visit a month ago that required a short term rehab stay outside the community for a couple of weeks. Many times, it's what you see in other peoples actions while you are in the middle of a really bad experience at the "elsewhere" place that defines greatness. Andrea Flood, Katrina Chappell, Jennifer Sturza, Natalie Ovadek and other support staff on the team were nothing short of phenomenal and supportive of my mother. Going out of their way to visit my mother in the Rehab spoke volumes regarding commitment to her and her mental well being. The entire team was VERY instrumental in a successful repatriotization, which was on it's way to a bad situation until the team volunteered to get involved with her return to Flourish. You never know what you really have- until you don't have it. Thank you Andrea and team. It's evident- you ALL care about the residents and their well being.

In the past year there have been many management changes which were not in the best interest of the facility. I can personally say the current leadership team has made the necessary staffing changes. My grandmother loved her home. She took a fall and needed to leave it and Oasis was found. When it was nearing time to say goodbye, she didn’t want to return to her house. She said she wanted to stay in her new home, where she was loved, supported, cared for, secure and safe.

Our family toured his beautiful facility this week. We had a wonderful experience. We were treated with compassion, all of our questions were answered. There was no pressure. All levels of care were explained and the financial details were clear cut. The residents were clean and comfortable, out of their rooms enjoying music, sitting in sunrooms, or enjoying meals in the beautiful cafeteria. The staff was friendly and caring, our community liaison Laura was a gem, one of those rare people who are professional , knowledgeable and most important, a person who makes a personal connection to you. I highly recommend.

My family and I are beyond grateful for the amazing care and energy at flourish . What truly sets this place apart are the incredible activities led by Kim and Klara. These two have such a gift for bringing joy, connection, and laughter to the residents every single day. Whether it’s themed parties, music therapy, games, crafts, or creative memory care activities, there is always something meaningful and fun going on. Kim and Klara put so much thought and heart into everything they do. You can tell they genuinely love what they do”and it shows in how the residents light up around them. The environment here is warm, welcoming, and filled with life. My loved one is more engaged and happy than I’ve seen in a long time. We truly feel like part of a community here, not just a facility. Having experience with several assisted living communities I can say my family member’s experience was very positive at Blossom Springs. It is truly a family atmosphere that supports the resident as well as the family.

My father in law has been living at Blossom Springs for almost 2 years now, in memory care. We took him out of C*brook, and we are so glad we did! Pretty sure if he would have stayed there he would have died! Blossom Springs has been a blessing for our family. He receives excellent care, and it’s customized to his needs. They keep him active, they keep him hydrated, and he loves the food! His quality of life has been great living at Blossom Springs! Shout out to the amazing staff there, and also Zachary NP has been doing an excellent job managing his care. He was over sedated at the other place he was at, and Zachary brought him off of the antipsychotic medications and he’s doing wonderful!

Mom is 90 and needs to in assisted living. We looked at 11 other places before deciding on Blossom Springs and after six months, I can tell you we made the right decision. So grateful that my mother is here and I truly appreciate the care she’s giving.

Not only is this a beautiful and impeccably clean facility, it caters to the specific needs of its residents. The care for the residents is out of this world. The compassion and drive from the employees makes this a great and friendly environment to be in. The food is fresh and cooked specially for each resident with regard to any dietary restrictions needed. The exterior court yards for the families and residents provide peace and comfort as well as change of atmosphere. Certainly a job well done to the Moceri family for building a first class community serving the seniors in Michigan. -Francesca Harmon

I visited Blossom Springs for a family member and I was very pleased with everything I saw. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to everyone’s needs. Everything is very luxurious, and it felt like I was walking into a 5 star hotel. The secured walking paths are a great feature, and I have yet to see another community with such a gorgeous feature.
