I've been here three full.weeks after a,savage foot injury. My care was outstanding non every.measurable wsy!! Doctors came. Aides came. Specialists came. Regularly and often. Food was surprisingly good ANF if you ordered from the Bistronitbwas,like from a,food truck..Half portions or doubled were ok.. Never had to.return a bad meal! Allmgood, but my highest praise,are for the caring, talented, staff who made you know they. Cared!!. The extra,mile over and over. CKEAN!.CLEAN EVERY DAY CLEAN LINENS, SHOWERS , floors..Lots of places to relax inside and out! No need for private modesty!!! They had seen about everything crazy and were kind and professional.. That scored hugely for me. They liked meeting. my family,.Another huge plus..I'm saw can awful lot in three full weeks!. If you need serious.rehab then gym and staff are really good. !! Would not recommend this facility. Family member was not provided with adequate care. Food subpar. Requested DC after 1 week to obtain needed care and therapy at an AFC.

My stay there was nice all of my needs and questions were addressed fully it's not the ritz but is clean and caring I would definitely recommend it actually I'm goingback as I'm still not able to fully care for myself.

After my mother had a stroke, my family was in complete disarray. When she was released from the hospital, we were extremely worried about what the future would hold, especially after she lost her ability to walk. She was sent to WellBridge of Novi by Dr. Shuker, and the care she received gave our entire family peace. I am very involved in my mother’s care, and the team at WellBridge was understanding, patient, and collaborative. I visited my mom seven days a week, so I was able to see firsthand what happens there. I can honestly say that many of the associates became like family to us. So many nursing assistants and nurses went above and beyond to care for my mom. Management was always present and responded quickly whenever issues came up. Gio and Shay were phenomenal and never became frustrated. The social workers were fantastic, and Kelly always went above and beyond to help our family. Deb, one of the nursing assistants, was an angel. She even bought my mom gifts, which she did not have to do, but she did out of the kindness of her heart. There were so many amazing and caring nurses, including Kaylin, Desmond, Ferdie, Jessica, Rose, Chey, Talia, Sonny, and many others. The nursing assistants were also wonderful, including Jordan, Dejane, Deb, Matthew, Latoya and so many more. I even built a relationship with the receptionists, Christine and April. (I apologize if I missed anyone!) My goal was always to get my mom closer to home and closer to our church, and today was our last day at WellBridge. I will forever be thankful to Dr. Shuker and the entire team at WellBridge of Novi. No nursing home is perfect, but this place will do everything they can to help you and your loved one. My advice to any family is to stay involved, ask questions, and be present. Family involvement is key. Thank you, WellBridge of Novi, for showing my mother and my family the care, compassion, and support we needed after her stroke.

I came to visit no one was at the front desk. I waited what seemed to be at least 10 mins. Once the lady arrived. She didn’t apologize nor did she have good customer service.I would think the front desk staff would be friendly as they are the face of the facility,but not so much.

I was here about 5 years again and I didn’t think I would return. This has changed, I recently was in the hospital and needed rehab. I was hesitant to return but I am happy I did. The first thing I noticed was the parking lot was full. When I walked through the door I was greeted with smiles! First impressions matter. Although they are not perfect, I know they are focused on what they want to be and that is better than the day before.

Wellbridge of Novi is an updated and clean facility. The Executive Director and Director of nursing (Sara and Manny) are wonderful! All needs are addressed and followed-up on in a timely manner. This is a great place to send your loved one for rehab, or long-term care!

While the place is very clean and modern, it is lacking in many key areas. PT/OT is okay, but they only put in the bare minimum of work. Their caregivers vary from wonderful, friendly, and attentive to rude, angry, and negligent. Some of their people are fantastic, but some are downright mean. With all due respect to the people that work there, old people and the wounded aren't the friendliest folks when their independence is taken from them. Of course they're crabby and mean. They're in a bad place. They don't need your crap on top of it. Keep your complaining to yourself, and tell it to your therapist. And we did have a case of elder abuse that involved the police. The matter was dealt with appropriately, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Communication is terrible. They do whatever they can to work as little with family as possible. And seeing a social worker is like pulling teeth. The food is a flip of the coin. Sometimes it's amazing. Sometimes it's garbage. But that's pretty standard for all rehab facilities. They have a little bistro in the place that's closed 98% of the time. It's too bad, their food is quite good. The nurses are slow to respond to their call buttons. Not as slow as some places, but they're still too slow. Unfortunately this is a problem at these types of places. They like to complain that they're understaffed. Of course they're understaffed. You still don't get to treat patients like they're responsible for your lousy life choices. That being said, Wellbridge isn't all bad. And vastly superior to hell holes like Notting Hill. I've had two relatives at Wellbridge in the past couple years. One loved it. The other hated it. Your mileage will vary.

I have not met a more compassionate team! My friends mother was in their care and when visiting staff was smiling, very attentive to her needs, and the food was great!

I dont even know where to start. This place is amazing and has taken such good care of my mother. Everyone that works here cares about these patients. If you are looking for a place for a loved one in need, this is a safe place, you will be able to go home at night and not worry, and thats a great feeling to have.

This is a great place to live with wonderful physical therapy facilities. The only thing that is missing is a chance to cook. There are no apartments per se but rooms to sleep in with a TV and separate bathrooms.

Wellbridge of Novi is an excellent place for family and friends to recover from surgery, trauma or any other issues that require a rehabilitation center!!! My wife spent almost 60 days there recovering from an illness that temporarily paralyzed her almost totally. The nurses and staff in the rehab part did an excellent job getting her back to normal!! Sarah is the beautiful soul in charge over there and if you find an issue and bring it to her attention she's right on getting it fixed. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs a great rehabilitation center!!!!!

This facility is great! My grandma lives at Wellbridge of Novi, and she absolutely loves it. I wouldn't trust her care anywhere else. Things have only improved since the new DON started. I have worked closely with the DON and Executive Director while managing my grandmother's care. The are both excellent to work with! They have personally seen to it that my grandmother has an Excellent, Passionate, Innovative, and Caring experience. All of the staff are great

Writing this because I know families will look and wonder if this is the right place for their loved one. The old reviews from years ago do not match our experience. My grandpa is so happy we found care here for his rehab stay. It’s clean and modern like a Marriott hotel. The staff has been responsive and kind. He’s especially grateful for the top notch Physical Therapy he’s gotten 2x daily (even on weekends). He’s also enjoyed the food and the fact he can order something a la carte if needed. The company has been communicative about his potential discharge date and very helpful navigating insurance. We would definitely recommend this place under its current management and staff. Thanks for the great care!

As a NURSE and CAREGIVER, when it came time for my dad to have surgery, I did A LOT OF RESEARCH! After visiting and interviewing a lot of places, I had heard a lot of good things about Wellbridge and decided to give them a visit. The staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and feel of the facility was welcoming and warm. I asked ACTUAL PATIENTS about their experience there and all had great things to say! In my observation, Wellbridge was a clear WINNER! The staff were professional, informative, and friendly. Wellbridge’s staff went above and beyond what was expected. Everyone was kind and compassionate. Thank you Wellbridge for caring and treating our family as one of your own!

My Aunt was here several weeks ago for rehab. She received therapy that made it possible for her to return home. She made progress every day with the dedication and encouragement from the staff that treated as if she were family and not just a broken body. The nurses and assistants were punctual, attentive and professional. All our questions were answered and she was made to feel a part of every decision made regarding her care. The food was exceptional. After a few days we teased her that she acted as though she was at a resort instead of rehab facility. She tells all her friends as we do if nursing services of any kind are ever needed this is definitely a very capable place of providing all their needs. After seeing the care my aunt received here, I felt the need to leave a review. The staff put every effort in to making my aunts recovery incredible! They were attentive, personable, passionate and caring! All of my families questions were answered thoroughly and promptly with an explanation that was very understandable. The facility itself was very clean, presentable and very welcoming. Her food seemed delicious, at least it smelled good and looked good as well! I have to rate Wellbridge of Novi a 5 Star facility because of our experience there. Kudos to this building and staff! You all were delightful to work with. Thank you!

They took really good care of my grandma after her stroke. She has Alzheimer’s as well which can make treatment even more difficult but the nursing staff was extremely patient with her and made our family confident and comfortable with our decision to trust them with her care!
