We had a great experience with my mom at magnolia. The apts were large and had everything needed. We liked that there was 2 different dining areas. Many advantages over the other big Corp chains.

Very pleased with Magnolia by the Lakes. I moved my father in a few months ago and I have been extremely pleased! All the staff I encountered were helpful and truly cared about all the residents. Debra does a lot of different activities which keeps my father engaged in social activities and that has given me great relief especially since I live in New Zealand and I can't visit often. I have seen ALL the staff work together as a team and they have ALL been amazing! I wish I could name them all to recognize them, but my list would go on forever. I HIGHLY recommend Magnolia by the Lakes!!

My mom has been here for many years, (practically since the grand opening!) Over all, Magnolia has been perfect for her, she has made many friendships and loves all of the activities. I find that the staff always wants to make sure her needs are met. One shout out I would like to make is to Abigail in housekeeping. She is very conscientious, friendly and great with communicating. My mom loves her "cleaning" days 🙂

Mongolia by the lakes is an excellent senior citizen facility. Overall, staff is OK. Abigail is an outstanding employee. She is in dependable,outstanding in all areas. She is responsible and she goes over and beyond to ensure residence have all their needs taken care of. She is respectful, polite, and very thoughtful and also an asset to this company. I wouldn’t know what to do if I would have never met her. She is a blessing.. Amen™™

I’m enjoying it here at MAGNOLIA by the lake. I’m especially pleased with Abigail who takes care of my room. She’s a wonderful lady. She does a great job. Not only she does a great job, but is pleasant and makes me feel very comfortable as she cleans my room. and the rest of the staff makes me feel at home

After visiting many senior communities, we decided to move my 84 year old mother to Magnolia by the Lakes. And we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision! The facility is very nice. My mom’s apartment is great and has a spectacular view over Cass Lake. But all of that pales next to the caliber of the PEOPLE! Without exception, every single person on staff (owner, marketing staff, CNAs, kitchen staff, custodial workers) seem to have made it their personal objective to make mom feel happy, comfortable, and safe. Wow!

My mother-in-law moved in a couple weeks ago. Even before she arrived, the staff were interested her future needs, ensuring her first days’ experiences were amazing. The staff are extremely attentive, the food is great and she loves the apartment!

As a private caregiver I believe I have had an authentic experience with this facility. My client is 101 and has been resident here for more than 2 years. 92% of the staff have been helpful, paictent, kind, and dillagent, from the care staff to the dinning room hosts and servers and most of the residents are kind and helpful as well.

Magnolia by the Lakes was a great discovery. We were able to downsize from a three story condo to our apartment wiithout missing a step. Three delicious meals a day are pro vided as part of the "package". Our one bedroom apartment accommodates all of our precious belongings. The social activities are many, so be ready to choose your favorites.

The entire staff at Magnolia by the Lakes is just absolutely wonderful. My grandmother, Mimi, spent her final years at Magnolia by the Lakes. Mimi was not an easy woman to please but the staff always did their best and ensured she was taken care of. During Mimi's transition days to the place, the family was invited to join for lunches and dinners. They worked with Mimi and getting her introduced to new people and ensured she was taken care of. Each time we would visit we would be greeted and treated like family. During the final period of Mimis time with us, the staff truly went out of their way to ensure any visitor that Mimi had was taken care of. The staff truly wonderful and I consider them to part of the family. While all the staff were amazing, a huge thank you to Andrea, Angie, Jessica and Ada; and of course Doc. Magnolia by the Lakes truly is an amazing place and I know while Mimi didnt always say thank you, I know she enjoyed her time, getting dressed up for their special occasions, playing games and doing crafts, and just sitting around talking about the good old times. Talk to the residences when you visit, they will all say great things.

Magnolia first crossed my radar as I was looking at places for my mother. As it turned out, it has been my home for the last several years. My view of Cass Lake is therapeutic and the staff is wonderfully supportive. The newest addition is Ezekiel Burns, a charming and talented young man who is making Magnolia and its residents a centerpiece of his life. His drop-by conversations are as welcomed as visits from a favorite family member. We are blessed to be here and grateful to be surrounded by staff like Zeke.

Magnolia has been an absolutely wonderful home for my mother, Anna, for the past three years. Although she was wheelchair bound, she enjoyed her friends there, sitting on the patio after dinner enjoying music and a few laughs. The Theme Dinners were always something to look forward to! But most importantly, Carol Payne, Laura and all the caregivers were the absolute best! They were kind, funny, caring friends to my mom, Anna. They made sure that all of her needs, both physical and emotional were met, right up to the very end. Custom Hospice came in and they were fabulous too. After my mom passed, the Magnolia caregivers shared stories and fun photos with me and my family. More than we ever knew- she was loved and cared for at Magnolia. Thanks Ladies!

First and foremost, Magnolia by the Lakes is beautiful; the perfect setting for the elderly to retire and to be cared for. It took us one toured visit to fall in love with just the look and feel of Magnolia! My brother is a resident at Magnolia by the Lake. He was hesitant to leave his residence in New Jersey but absolutely loves Magnolia. The amenities are plenty and the staff and other residents are all so kind, considerate, helpful, and compassionate for all of our needs for my brother. We have had first hand experience with Dr. Bagne, the owner of Magnolia by the Lakes. I don't know of many facilities or businesses where you see the owner present and attainable for consultation or assistance as I have seen and experienced with Dr. Bagne. She has set the bar high in all aspects of her staff in medical, food service, and maintenance of this place we call home for my brother. We had toured other facilities ....Magnolia is truly home away from home. If it sounds too good to be true, come tour Magnolia for yourself. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Dr. Bagne, Shelley Ann, Laura, and many more staff who have made this transition such a positive experience for my brother and his family who love him and only want the very best for him! I've had the pleasure of interacting not only with the residents but also with the Owner, Dr. Bagne, and the Staff of Magnolia by the Lakes and I have always been impressed by Dr. Bagne and the Staff for their professional demeanor, kindness toward the residents, and the utmost caring attitude they all have. Magnolia is the place to be. Magnolia's staff makes it feel like a home away from home which is exactly what I was looking for.
