From the moment you walk in you can feel a genuine sense of warmth, professionalism and respect. Amanda and Rachel in the front office are so kind, patient, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure my mother in law felt safe, comfortable and valued while there . She was treated with dignity and compassion. Personal connections were built on a daily basis. The facility is clean , bright and beautifully maintained. Communication with our family was excellent. Families are kept informed , welcomed and reassured resulting in peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in extremely capable and caring hands. They even made leaving a smooth transition setting us up with homecare that was ready to start caring for her as soon as we got mom home. I highly recommend Rachel , Amanda and the entire team here for anyone seeking exceptional all around care for their loved ones.

My mom was at Wellbridge of Brighton for 14 days just recently. She was well taken care of. The staff and aides are all very supportive and nice. She always had what she needed. The housekeeper that cleaned her room, was very cordial and talked to my mom and made her feel loved. They are wonderful!

My FIL was a recent patient here receiving hospice care. The nursing, aides, and administrative staff were amazing. They were really caring and made the last few weeks of his life as good as they could be. There were a few bumps, but easily sorted out.

I can only speak for myself, but when I was a patient here in the fall of 2018 I had a very good experience. I was in a car crash and broke my femur, completely displaced, I had a rod and screws put in to it. I was here for rehab for over two weeks, and found the facility to be very nicely decorated and the food was really good, the bed super comfortable. The physical therapist I work with was very nice, patient and thorough, as was the occupational therapist. The nurses and floor staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoy the activity hour, made a decorated bag, did a painting class and had a guest do a presentation about Switzerland. The one thing I can say is the floor staff seemed to be spread out too thin, but I believe they did the best they could. I come from a healthcare background, so can see both sides.

As a two week veteran of Wellbridge of Brighton I would absolutely recommend this Rehab Center. The peoplecaretakers are wonderful, caring and eager to please. The food is Very good and I was thrilled to get Starbucks Pike Place coffee, decaf. My favorite. The physical therapists are kind and creative in making me stronger. I’m in a private room with AC control like one gets in hotels and a large window. The grounds are lovely with benches outside. I have no complaints and have been pleasantly surprised.

I really don't have words for how extremely greatful I am for the staff at Wellbridge of Brighton. My aunt spent the last 8 months of her life here and received the best care a family could ask for. My aunt was very loved by everyone that cared for her from administration, nurses, aids, housekeeping and food services. We only had positive experiences throughout her stay and especially appreciate the love and kindness shown to us in her last days. I would reccomend this facility to anyone considering it for their loved one as a permanent residence and or rehabilitation needs. Thank you Wellbridge for being so awesome...you really put our family at ease that my aunt was always in the best care.’

This is the most amazing facility I have ever seen. It is spotlessly clean, the dining room always has linen table cloths and fresh flowers on every table every day. The rehabilitation area looks like a power house gym. There are activities daily and the people residing there or there for physical therapy are never patients, they are always referred to as Guests. There is a hair salon and massages available plus a Star Bucks. After visiting several other facilities and visiting friends who were in other facilities, I was so impressed by Wellbridge of Brighton! The staff is so friendly and do everything in their power to make it comfortable, and fun!

I stopped to tour the Wellbridge of Brighton last weekend. I was very impressed! I've seen lots of nursing and rehabilitation centers over the years, but not many like Wellbridge of Brighton. Not only is the center amazing, the staff were extremely welcoming and professional. The residents all appeared to be happy and well cared for by this exceptional team. My mother was at Wellbridge of Brighton for almost 2 months and she loved it. She received the best care and the therapy was outstanding. All of the nurses and aides were attentive to her needs that when it was time for her to come home she didn't want to. We would highly recommend this rehab center!

My mom is still at Wellbridge, and will be discharged next week. We have had a great experience here, What a change from how this journey started for my mom. I am so pleased with the Nurses, Dr. and Aides. My mom has had a few setbacks, And every detail was handled quickly and included making me aware of what the treatment plan is. I felt so comfortable with Wellbridge that I was able to go home out of state for a short time to prepare my home for my mother’s recovery. Everything is so on point, I actually felt like I could visit and not have to babysit everything that was happening. Wellbridge has my highest recommendation! Therapy was more than excellent, Got my mom back on her feet with confidence after a very serious spinal surgery. Thank you! Thank you! Felt a bit upset about an incident that happened a few nights ago, I understand there is not a perfect place. Please make sure your CNA’s are not doing procedures you send guests to the hospital for, I was rather shocked to hear this story! I will be following up on this incident very soon. My mom was discharged yesterday, We are so thankful for the great care at Wellbridge! We highly recommend Wellbridge to anyone who needs great rehabilitation and on point Nursing care.

My mother is a resident at Well Bridge and is very well taken care of. I've never visited a cleaner facility. The nurses couldn't be sweeter to her. She feels loved and safe. As a family member there's no greater feeling than to know that she's being treated so well. The office staff has been very helpful and patient with us trying to deal with any paper work thats been needed. All in all this facility has been a God send for our mother and we appreciate all that they do on a daily basis.

The staff was excellent, I being nurse,looks for mistakes and they were great,Paul,Amanda,Betty,,Jill,Gail,Janius,,they got me home I thank them for that,they made me laugh,food was great,I eat healthy and menu was made to order thanks Paul,always got me tea,and extra ice without askkng.
