Lots of craft type activities, in house movies in the theater, cards, bingo, church services, exercise programs, lectures and shopping opportunities for residents to partake in if they care to. and friendly folks who live there. Close to beaches and a nice lake.

This is a comfortable place to live. I feel very secure . The other tenants that I have met are very friendly and there are many options for recreation. I have not participated yet but that is for health reasons which I hope to resolve soon.

My parents moved to Oakhaven in 2017. They absolutely loved living there! When my mom passed away in 2018, my dad remained at Oakhaven until his passing this past March 2023. He enjoyed all of the activities and the warm and caring staff! As his daughter, I was so thankful he spent his remaining years with people who truly cared and loved him. I would highly recommend Oakhaven for your loved one!!!

My mother loves it at Oakhaven Manor. She moved in 1 1, 2 years ago and she is delighted with all the activities and the residents that live there. The community is clean and the maintenance is always quick to fix things. Thank you to all that work at Oakhaven Manor. It really is a great place to live.

I love visiting Mom at Oakhaven! The residents are so friendly and helpful and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate Mom and our whole family. I love that Mom and I can go put a puzzle together right down the hall, do exercises on their machines, and she goes to a Bible Study and a Communion Service every week. She plays the piano one Monday per month in the lobby and gets her fill of accolades from the residents. There are other musicians that are excellent, too. One plays the accordion and gives a terrific history lesson every once in a while. There is an artist who paints fabulous water colors, and a woman who makes beautiful jewelry. So much talent right there in that wonderful building! And then there are the outside entertainers who are top rate! The maintenance crew has been very helpful and quick to action. There is a giant garage sale once a year where the residents donate their no-longer-needed goods and proceeds go toward entertainment and extra decorations. Everyone seems to join in and we love that Mom can offload some of her unneeded belongings and gets to see the results from the sales. Our whole family is very pleased that Mom is doing so well at Oakhaven! She told us she loved it the very first week she was there!

I moved here 2 months ago and love it! Wish I would have moved here four years ago when I first toured the premises! The entire staff is so friendly and eager to help in any way possible! The residents are very nice and Ive already made a few friends. There are plenty of activities to keep one occupied or not! Shout out to Sharon, the Activities Director for her sparkling personality and wonderful job!

I have been a resident at Oak Haven for one and half years. Because of all the activities offered here it was easy to make new friendships and quickly becamehome to me. The apartments are homey and comfortable and I feel safe here. I also appreciate the staff, they are friendly and helpful.
