The biggest thing I've noticed is how consistent the care is. My Mother has lived at Pineview for close to 2 years, and it has been absolutely wonderful for her! The staff truly feel like family, and they do so much more than care for the residents. The people that live there are rarely alone in their rooms, instead they gather together in the main living rooms for crafts, movies, puzzles and music therapy. The facility is immaculate, and the food would rival that of local restaurants. We couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect place for our Mom. The best part is she really does refer to it as "home," which is such a comfort to us!

I have met with Hilde Bonesteel on 3 separate occasions. She is wonderful as well as her CNA Kaylee. Hilde takes enormous pride in this facility. I know of others that have their loved ones there and they are pleased. My dear friend I’m privileged to care for is being transferred there and I have no doubt that this will be a warm loving and caring environment!

Pineview Cottage is an outstanding facility. Not only is the building and layout first rate, but the staff is amazing. They all are trained in dealing with memory care, whatever stage your loved one is currently experiencing. I have observed many interaction between staff and residents and have always been impressed with the care and respect shown. They are attentive to the family and any concerns. We highly recommend Pineview.
