This assistive living is caring, clean and comfortable. The owners are knowledgeable and kind. Hildie the owner is a RN who understands all concepts related to senior care. I recommend this place.

My mom is staying here in the memory care unit. They treat her like family. Its a fantastic place which I highly recommend.

I have met with Hilde Bonesteel on 3 separate occasions. She is wonderful as well as her CNA Kaylee. Hilde takes enormous pride in this facility. I know of others that have their loved ones there and they are pleased. My dear friend Im privileged to care for is being transferred there and I have no doubt that this will be a warm loving and caring environment!

Having been trained by Hilde Bonesteel, I am a blessed administrator. Hilde has a vast understanding of providing care for the elderly- in assisted living and in memory care. The compassion that she shows to her residents is absolutely top notch. She is constantly thinking of ways to engage them and ensure that each person lives with dignity and as much individualized care as needed.She is well known to pass out snacks- fresh fruit, and maybe some awesome chocolates during her walk through as she talks with each resident and spends time getting to know them.She is ALWAYS available to her staff- day or night and provides an excellent sounding board when trying to solve problems. She always has a new approach to meet the needs of the residents.Pineview Cottage is a state of the art community and was built with the communities of Harbor Springs and Petoskey in mind. Rest assured that your loved one will be well cared for at Pineview Cottage.

Pineview Cottage is an outstanding facility. Not only is the building and layout first rate, but the staff is amazing. They all are trained in dealing with memory care, whatever stage your loved one is currently experiencing. I have observed many interaction between staff and residents and have always been impressed with the care and respect shown.They are attentive to the family and any concerns. We highly recommend Pineview.
