I regret buying into this place worst decision I made in my life but it's too late a community you have respect for each other there is no respect for your neighbors here at least not on my end of the park I would not recommend this place to anybody I don't know where they get this nature stuff it's not around here you better have an off-road vehicle if you want to have multiple trips in and out of this place every day so many potholes not a safe place to be when you can drink and drive around in this place travel down the wrong way on the one-way Street they don't care you got rules for dogs in here but if you work here you can do anything you want you can take your dog anywhere you want you don't have to have your pitbull on a leash rules do not apply to everybody in here I could go on and on but it makes me sick I'm stuck unless I can find some place that's affordable if I do I won't think twice I'll tear this place down if I have to

Beautiful and quiet, waterfront 55+ community that is well cared for and that has fantastic views. The land, across the lake from the community, will never be developed so it feels like you are far far away, BUT with civilization only 15 minutes drive to Rockford or Greenville.
