Hathaway is a wonderful place for my family member to live. The place is always clean and welcoming, the staff are great. The Executive Director and her Wellness leader do activities with the residents. My aunt loves it here and loves the food.

I could not ask for a better place for my aunt to stay. The atmosphere is clean and cozy. The staff are nice and welcoming. My aunt is always happy, this is how I know she is getting good care! She loves the food and activities!!

The place is beautiful and you aids are amazing but your administrator and Director of nursing are lazy and don't give a care about there residence they are not at all involved in the care if the residence or there staff

We moved my mother into Hathaway Hills about 1 1/2 years ago from another facility in order to have her closer to home as I am the only sibling in the area. I have been extremely happy with the move! She is in the memory care unit. Facility is always super clean. Staff is wonderful. The kitchen serves delicious looking meals. Meals are brought over from the kitchen and served fresh on real dinnerware in their own kitchen/ dining room. Communication is great, which was not always the case in the previous home. As mom's legal guardian, I am kept informed on a regular basis of any changes or issues. Admins are very involved in the many activities that are scheduled regularly. Photos are posted on a regular basis, allowing my siblings out of state to follow. As mom's dementia has progressed, she needs more individual care. We also went with the Hospice care recommended by Hathaway and they are wonderful with mom as well. Overall I have been very pleased and would highly recommend Hathaway Hills.

Hathaway Hills Greenville is a Wonderful Assisted Living- Memory Care facility. My mother currently is a resident there and I couldn't be more happy with the staff, security and most of all the personal care and attention she receives 24/7. Thanks again Hathaway Hills !

Hathaway Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care is a great place to work and live. I have been employed for the past 3.5 years and have seen many satisfied residents and families. The homey/family feel makes everyone feel welcome. The care staff get extensive medication training and truly care about each and every resident. I moved my grandma here before she passed because Hathaway staff give the care the elderly truly deserve.

Hathaway does a very good job in a difficult role. The staff is friendly, attentive, competent and available. The food, surroundings and amenities are well presented and contemporary. The facility is clean and odor free. All our needs were met. Our resident was treated with respect and a genuine sense of caring. Hard to ask for more.

As an interim employee I have never been greeted more kindly as the shift went on I was more and more amazed at the level of care and kindness at this facility the staff is incredible I had the pleasure of working with the shift lead and she was a joy to work with highly recommend wish I could give more stars

I have worked at Hathaway for just over two years, I enjoy what I do wholeheartedly ! I feel as though our community Hathaway Hills, treats residents and families with the utmost respect. We take great pride into honoring God by providing high quality senior lifestyle services that promote the value and dignity of every person. Our staff is trained by undergoing many medication classes to educate and prepare us for the many tasks we are required to do. We are provided nothing but the best resources and tools to create the best living experience for our residents. In conclusion , I would recommend our community to many!

My girlfriend has worked for Hathaway Hills for over two years, she enjoys going to work and she does it all with a smile on her face even through frustrations. Staff have always been friendly and inviting. Residents are very well taken care of. I recommend highly.

The care staff at this community are exceptional! It is evident that they love the residents and what they do! Many of them will come in on their days off just to spend time with the residents. When I think about what kind of community I would want for my parents, I would be honored to have them live at Hathaway Hills. My Aunt lives at Hathaway and the staff take great care of her.

I have worked for Hathaway Hills for almost a year now and have loved every minute of it! Staff goes through many medication classes and trains with someone until they are prepared for the job. Staff treats residents as their own family! The staff takes pride in the work that we do!

I am writing this review for Hathaway Hills , as I have a Aunt who lives there,and gets excellent care! This place is very clean, and the staff are so caring and nice. If I had to go to a place like this it would be here at Hathaway Hiss Assisted Living. I would recommend this place to anyone.
