The grounds are professionally maintained for the benefit of our residents and their guests. StoryPoint of Grand Ledge meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

The staff had been incredibly helpful with getting my friend settled a short time ago. It's been going well and we are finally relieved that she is safe and well taken care of. I work for a guardianship company and have clients that reside here. Every staff member I have met goes above and beyond for the residents. It is beautiful, there are tons of activities, the food is amazing, and they have multiple housing options to meet you, or your loved ones needs. Three employees that stand out to me for not only being extremely friendly but also incredible at their jobs are Chelsea, Nicole, and Sarah. The staff is all professional, friendly, and resident focused.

The facilities, care givers and management at StoryPoint Assisted Living have been very good for my brother who resides there for care for his Parkinson’s disease and suffers from dementia. The staff are very caring, especially Shelly. The management at Independence Village and StoryPoint have been helpful in working with me to determine the best care for him. The facilities are well maintained, the food is consistently good from the feedback I have heard from my brother. It has been easy to add additional services as his needs have increased. I can sleep better knowing he is well cared for over the last few months. I would recommend you check out the facilities and staff for care for a family member or yourself.

I absolutely love working here! When I show up everyday, Im a guest in their home. The connection I share with each and everyone of our residents (their my family), is extremely special to me. Each staff member works very hard and are dedicated to the personal care of our StoryPoint family. Ive found home. On a side note: These times weve been in since covid hit, has-have been tough for many places. Staffing is tough. Our team steps up everyday and helps each other out! Im so proud to work here! Thanks for taking a chance on me. Im blessed!

My Moms living there now in the assisted living section. Nice staff theres just not enough of them. I wish they would pay the people that have direct interaction with the residents a better wage so they would stay longer. Less turnover is better than more. And more staff is better than less.

Do Not Recommend The staff was not qualified to handle our loved one's needs. Way too pricey. Better places are out there that are more cost effective for families and have certified and loving staff. Our Family consensus: We do not recommend.
