Today my friend was discharged after a rehabilitation of 5 weeks The staff were so helpful. The activities department kept him busy. The aides were caring and professional. Best place around. Very clean and compassionate. Shout out to Jo for her consideration and support.

My mother spent a month and a half there and was really happy with all their staff. She's 89 years old and doesn't have a computer, so she ask me to make sure I left a five star review.

Well my aunt is there. Wasn't very clean. But yesterday they help my aunt she wasn't feeling very well and they got her an ambulance to get her to the hospital she is where she needs to be

Meeting regarding care for sister-in-law went well. Everyone was informative. They listened to our input. Jo in Business department was very helpful with the Medicaid application process. Reduced to 3 stars because no one answers the phone at the nurses station. Can never get an update on a loved one. The Unit Manager doesn't return phone messages. Unacceptable that it is impossible to get ahold of anyone other than front desk.

The young lady Tameika in Activities is superior! She listened to my concerns regarding a family member there. Tameika took a good 15-20 minutes with my family member and myself going over the monthly activity board on the wall. Between the two of us, my family member got excited about some of the activities and promised me should go to Bingo tonight even though it might be difficult for her to play. I saw the spark in my family member's face over making a friend (Tameika).

I visited a friend on Sunday, November 30th. The facility was very clean. The staff greeted me warmly & they were very friendly. My friend stated the physical therapist gave her a good workout on Friday. It's important to have a rehab that's serious about helping their patients get better.

I’ve been helping with Victory Baptist Church of Burton services the last two Sundays for the past year at Briarwood. This is a very clean facility with a caring staff. Definitely should be a considered facility if there’s a need.

Very clean and in order. The staff are real nice people and very helpful. I feel comfortable when I walk thru the facility. I like the treatment my brother gets in there, it's been a great temporary nursing facility, I would recommend them for anyone and if we need services again I would go here first. Well, this was my first time ever been in a nursing rehab facility, and I can say that Briarwood was wonderful to me from the aid, nurses, physical physical therapy. Everybody was wonderful. If I ever have to go into the facility, it will be this one thank you all for all the help. And I would like to thank Gena, I hope I spelled it right for all the help with my bath, she was always on time and helping me get showered and getting my clothes on!!! My Occupational Therapist Crystal for pushing me , and the other ones that I can’t remember their names!! And my first shift aid who made sure I started getting bacon with my breakfast can’t think of her name but she know who she is!! Overall just a great Thank You To Everyone ’•’•’•’•
