My mom, Mary Ann Tremaine has been a resident of Vicinia Gardens Memory Care of almost 7 months. I could not be happier and neither can she. The staff is OUTSTANDING, facility is spotless and management is super easy to talk to and great at listening. Everything they explained to us when we were interviewing is exactly TRUE. I have only been here twice, I visit with a good friend that just moved to the assisted living . an its been beautiful each time the staff is very friendly very clean an just so beautiful inside an out!! This has been one of the best assisted livings an memory care that I have ever seen.

Vicinia is one the best and most beautiful memory care facilities I have seen. When looking for a place for my grandmother, we had seen a few places that just weren't impressive. Thankfully Vicinia was in the process and almost done being built by the time we discovered it. Vicinia, and the staff, put other nursing homes to shame. When you walk in they have a beautiful aquarium, an OPEN KITCHEN (you don't see that at many similar type facilities) so you can actually watch them as they prepare the food, a lunch room, an outdoor patio for the lock down residents, tv's, games and more! They even have a salon at the facility. One of my favorite parts is each hallway has a different "theme". They have a garden themed hallway, a nautical hallway, and more. The rooms are BIG and SINGLE OCCUPANCY! Many other places have two residents per room. Each room has its own large full bathroom with walk in shower. Everything is new and clean! I feel confident that my grandma is surrounded with beauty at this stage in her life and several staff members that her like their own family. You often hear bad stories about nursing home type places but Vicinia most likely won't be the place you hear negative things about. Most everyone is on top of their game there! It is always sensitive when finding a lock down facility when a family member has dementia / Alzheimer's but if you are looking for a place, take a look at Vicinia! I'm sure after looking at other places Vicinia will be about the cleanest, most beautiful place! Just walking in there you will feel warm and welcomed!
