Our mom lived at Lockwood for the last few years. The staff is excellent, the apartments are spacious and the food is great. Annette is fantastic at communicating with family and if mom had been in the hospital they were great about their PT and OT to help get her back on her feet. My ONLY complaint is there is no one there at night and on weekends. When mom moved in there was someone there 24/7 to help in case of an emergency. That is the only reason she moved. You can add on extra care through an outside agency for an extra charge. All in all if your loved one is truly independent Lockwood is a wonderful place!

We moved my mom closer to us and Lockwood was perfect. She got to join all the activities and made new friends. She especially loved the crafts and Bingo. Annette and Kelly and all of the girls there were all so helpful and kind to my mom. I will always recommend Lockwood for your parents. Such a caring and sweet place to live. Denise, Pats daughter

Lovely place kind employees but this wait list of two or three years is something I can't imagine at a senior housing community I wonder how many people are possibly in heaven before they get called .

I recently went there to visit someone who had moved to Lockwood about a month ago. She is very happy there. Her only complaint was, jokingly, she needed a vacation from all the activities that were available. I stayed for lunch and the food was excellent as was also the staff. Her apartment was nice and quite roomy. I was very impressed with everything.

Could be safer... Front desk seems minimally involved and have never been able to assist me with Anything. I also wish they provided free WiFi or cable of some sort. The residents sure do pay enough for it. Also, the sanitizers in the hallways were empty.

We are happy that Mom is safe in this lovely building. We have found the staff to be mostly helpful and kind, esp the Medical Team (Linda!) who provide services only as we need them which I think keeps costs reasonable. The Affordable Housing options are wonderful and Shelbie shepherded us skillfully thru that process. It will never be the same as "home," but we - and Mom - are generally satisfied.

The staff is kind and courteous and have been very helpful with any question or concern I have had. The housekeeping staff my Mom has is excellent and so sweet and caring to all her needs. In all there are no perfect situations for as many residents that live in one location, and trying to please everyone is nearly impossible but, I feel this is a very nice place and my Mom is happy there and that’s what matters .
