What a fun community! The activity department is always thinking outside the box with fun new ideas all the time. The food was great and the staffing atmosphere was just so down to earth with everyone. It is also nestled in the cutest town! Great place to bring your loved one.

What a beautiful and loving place. We are so very happy to have found Golden Orchards for our mother-in-law. We had been caring for her for over five years and knew, after her slight stroke, we could no longer provide the safety and care she needed to stay in her own home any longer. She now receives 24 hour supervision and we rest well knowing she is well cared for. Everyone from management, to maintenance and to the one on one care givers treat her like she was their own grandmother. Everyone made the transition to assisted living a smooth crossover. Mom is happier with the daily interactions and she loves the food prepared for her. Thank you all so very much for all you do to bring quality of life to our loved one.

Since our first meeting, I knew that caring for our loved ones is not just a job for her, but truly a passion. Golden Orchards is such a positive and loving community. If you are looking for a friendly, cozy and clean Assisted Living home. I got the place for you, Golden Orchards in the sleepy town of Fennville, MI. How do I know this, because I volunteer there once in a while, with the Easter Event being my favorite! I would love to live at Golden Orchards when my time comes. Besides living cozy and clean, the staff go out of their way to serve, not only does the staff service you, but the director works when staff needs a day off. During the Pandemic her guidelines were strictly enforced and they didnt lose any one to COVID. Before COVID I helped with several of their community events. What I enjoyed at the community events is they included the residents in such things. Residents were also taken on field trips close by, site seeing, picnics and restaurants. I noticed some residents enjoying their botanical garden, with many fish and water fountain and bunny named Bunzee. The residents love to take walks on their beautiful park like grounds. Its so quiet that nature puts you to sleep when you sit outside to read a book. Visiting the community is a must, stop by when your in the area.

The experience we have had with the team at Golden Orchards has been incredible. From the first day we met with the Natalie, we knew that my father-in-law would be in good hands. We had made the decision to remove him from another assisted living facility due to concerns with the care he was receiving there and, understandably, had some concerns about the change, especially since we were moving him in during the COVID lockdowns and would not be able to enter the building to help move him in and participate in his care. The staff was amazing during the whole move in process and we received multiple updates both day and night as he was settling in to assure us that he was being well cared for and adjusting to his new home. Throughout the last several months, we have been reassured over and over that we made the right decision to move Dad to Golden Orchards. He loves the beautiful setting and the staff and the level of care he is receiving is the best weve seen anywhere!

The staff is friendly and kind. The administration is super friendly and lightning-fast efficient. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I really like the lay-out of this beautiful building. One of my favorites is that there are many field trips and activities in which your loved one may participate. This is a beautiful and beautifully run facility. Dont hesitate to visit if youre checking out a place for your loved one.

My husband is at Golden Orchards , it is a wonderful caring, CLEAN place , everyone there has been more than kind to me. The food always smells wonderful. I am also grateful that they guard his privacy and his safety. They do this by not giving information on the phone to someone who is demanding and threatening when they dont get what they want. Even if they say they are a family member. These people have an axe to grind and are rude to the staff . Id like to state that Natalie the director is very kind and accommodating to me . She has bent over backwards to make me and my husband feel good about having to place my loved one there. This is a hard decision to make in the first place. To have a family member try to come in and make trouble for this facility is wrong and mean. I would tell anyone who might have to make the decision to place your loved one in a place where people are trained to care for them ,no matter the reason. I would recommend you go out and visit Golden Orchards, you wont be disappointed.

Golden Orchards is such a warm and caring community! The Impressions Memory Care program they are beginning there is just what people living with dementia need. They create a day that is filled with joy and meaning for each person. The training that the staff receives focuses on knowing that what works for one person, may look different than another. The people working there really cares.
