My mother Susan had a amazing 13 months at West Lake, as we the family also were also impressed with not only the facility but the ENTIRE staffs professionalism,compassion...every single person was was so nice to talk with about anything.PS...mom raved about the food the Culinary team that put together for all the meals and don't get her started about the brunch on the 3rd Sunday. My mother felt "Rich" and compared West Lake to a beautiful cruise ship. I so agree. Thank you West Lake. Sincerely Nicholas Roland

My husband spent almost 2 months here after a leg amputation. We toured some prior to surgery so he could have a choice. He chose this facility due to the cleanliness, and we sure are thankful this his was his choice! The staff was amazing, he loved the food, and again, how clean it was. Let me tell you, my husband is not easy to please so the fact that he loves it there, says it all! The things they do for not only the patient, but also their families is just amazing! . They really do go above and beyond. Their Sunday brunches are amazing, as well. Would recommend 10/10! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Short on CENAs but otherwise not too bad. If I HAD to be in a facility but could still do a lot for myself, I guess this place would be tolerable. Some very social ladies living there if you have a mom who is a social butterfly. All in all, for a Facility, this place is certainly better than others. But, expensive! Better have LTC insurance or lots of money! While I was working there with a resident there was an incident involving another resident who fell forward out of his wheelchair broke his neck and died. This is what I heard from the other residents that no one was watching him, so, I had to take away a star. Many of the residents there will look out for each other and try to get staff over to help when a resident is in trouble or doing something they shouldn't be. I witnessed this. Many residents are still sharp, just have health issues making independent living difficult. Seemed like many would do just fine at home With a Caregiver, though. Prob cheaper too! But several of the ladies I spoke with don't mind living there, some even like it, they had made friends with other ladies and a bunch of them would often sit together be laughing about their younger days. Oh, lots of freesnacks, lol. And drinks. You can even get alcohol certain days/times,. visitors are always welcome, they don't kick you out if you're quiet. They don't kick you out even if you're Not, lol

They are extremely kind and helpful. I take care of my grandmother and have for the last 15 years and unfortunately we have been through a lot of different rehabilitation centers,and everyone there where some of the kindest people to both my grandmother and myself. The place is super clean,and just lovely. I would like to shout out the wonderful lady at the front when you walk in Cecile, she was amazing!

Clean and pleasant looking place. The food is fair to good. The staff is overall pleasant but they are very short staffed and it can take up to an hour and a half or two hours to get them to answer the call light. That is the worst thing about the place. It is worse than other places I have stayed.

My mom was released from the hospital and I needed to choose a rehab facility fast. I called several and Westlake seemed to be the best fit for my mom. Boy did we luck out! From the moment my mom arrived, everybody there couldn't have been nicer. We've heard worrisome stories about other facilities - neglect, bad attitude, bad therapists, bad food! - but our experience at Westlake was the complete opposite of that. My mom was welcomed by the staff and the residents, and felt comfortable from the start. The care was good, the therapists were great, the staff was nice and attentive, and my mom LOVED the food, LOVED it! My mom improved in large part thanks to Westlake and its staff and after a couple of weeks was able to leave, but she was sad to leave the friends she had made there. The most obvious reason Westlake excels is the positive attitude everyone at Westlake displays at all times. They really hire well there. A special shout-out to Marcie at the front desk. Marcie couldn't have been more pleasant and thoughtful than she was to my mom and my family. There is no nicer woman on earth - she is truly special - and she really went above and beyond for us all. Thanks for making my mom's stay so wonderful.

This is a really nice place for older people, but if you become hospitalized, they'll give the room away without warning. Make preparations to find a new place for when they get released from the hospital. Yes, this actually happened.

I have worked at Westlake Health Campus for the last year and I love it. All of the staff are kind to each other and loving to their residents. The clinical team have excellent skills and the activities staff put on great programing to bring joy to the residents lives. I would gladly have a family member or loved one come to Westlake because I know they would be in great hands.

My husband use the Westlake facility and so did my mom at different times. They were proficient, attentive, and they showed a lot of compassion and love to both my husband and my mother. There's nothing better than being able to trust someone with your loved ones. They get the best possible rate in for me!

My dad was in short-term rehab after having a mini-stroke. The staff was extremely friendly to him and family members. He said he felt like he was in a hotel. He got plenty of exercise and staff worked hard on getting him to socialize. Food was good, he's a fussy eater and he cleaned his plate. Facility was clean and well maintained, I would highly recommend.

Westlake is an AMAZING rehab facility. My mother has been there twice now for rehab after a hospital stay and both times we were extremely happy with her care. The staff is so kind & caring. Nice clean place, fun activities, good food & great staff! I highly recommend them. 2 friends have sent their family here and both families are extremely pleased with their care. If you can get in, give Westlake a chance, you won't be disappointed!!

How can you not love West Lakes. The dinning room looks like a up-scale restaurant. The employees serve the Residents as if they were dinning out in a lovely restaurant. The residents rooms remind me of a 4 to 5 star hotel. If you need long term or rehab, you have to check out West lakes!!!!
