I think this is the perfect place for my mother to live even though she complains about EVERYTHING. She goes on all their outings and seems to enjoy the places they visit. She's not real big on the food, however she does like the happy hour on Saturdays. Keep doing what you are doing……

No hot water for 4 days for residents , unkempt outside grounds, dining chairs torn and ripped, no response from Sandy Elliot , ceo, after multiple monthly attempt to respond to concerns, bed bug issues for 1 year, disgusted the elderly are being exploited

Poor, substandard care and services. Untrained caregivers were polite and seemed to care but one person can not safely manage the whole facility for a 12 hour shift. Housekeeping non existent.

My grandma loves living here! She has a nice sized room and a beautiful view. There are tons of activities throughout the week for her engage in. The only complaint is the food. We have been in many other retirement/assisted living homes with great food and we are hoping the brook will step up their game in this department!

My Father-in-law is staying at the Brook. The room is just right and he has a nice view from his window. Staff appears to be very conscientious. He likes the food and the regular schedule. There are a lot of activities available for occupying the day.
