The care staff here truly care about the residents and treat them like they are their own family. The management team is the absolute best and are always available whenever you need them. The food here always looks and tastes phenomenal and the chefs are the best! The Life Enrichment staff are always smiling and come up with different activities to get the residents involved. This is hands down an amazing place to live or work. I would recommend Bayfield to everyone for Mom or Dad!

I love Bayfield Assisted Living. As a resident here I receive so much love and respect from all of the staff. The food is amazing and the activities are very fun and engaging. The building is very clean and smells fresh everyday. My family is welcomed by the staff with smiles when they come to visit and the other residents are friendly and easy to talk to. I have made many friends while living here. I recommend Bayfield to all of my friends whenever we talk.

I spent a year looking at assisted living places for Mom and Dad. My friend, who is an RN that worked with elderly patients and families for 35 years, recommended I look into Bayfield. My parents have been there for four months, and we couldn't be happier. The staff is attentive and kind, the meals are enjoyable and healthy, and my parents like socializing with their new friends. The staff respond quickly to any questions or concerns I have. Many of the caregiving responsibilities I had for them have been lifted from my shoulders. It's great to simply visit and help them enjoy their remaining years.

Bayfield truly has the best staff caring for their residents. I have been given the opportunity to work closely with all staff throughout the community and can say the staff treat the residents as part of their family. While working closely with Executive Director Sue Lathrom and Wellness Coordinator Emily Tacey, I have witnessed them both ensure all residents, families, and staff are cared for.

MY mom has been at Bayfield over a year now and she just loves it 🙂 They take care of my mother as if its there mother !! There my eyes and ears there 🙂 They have sooo many things there from bingo , to crafts, to birthday parties etc . The care is awesome from handling all my mom's meds to providing 3 home cook meals a day to helping and bathing her twice a week ... and much much more .. I can remembering going to several other assisted places and when i came to Bayfield I knew this was the place hands down !!! When the time came that my precious Mom was no longer able to live independently, I selected the Bayfield team for her care. Their TLC allowed me to go back to my role of daughter rather than caregiver, which was an enormous stress reliever. I could sleep at night knowing she was loved and cared for. As my Mom's care needs progressed, there was great communication every step of the way. I chose Bayfield for my Mom and for my work because I believe in the care that is provided. Everyone treated my Mom - and everyone else's Mom - as their own, with love, dignity, and respect! Thanks for being such a big part of her story!

I have worked along side Bayfield assisted living & memory care for over 6 months working with their hospice and homecare patients. This community is by far the BEST community, I have been to!! All of the staff truly care about their residents and they provide the best care. I have never seen staff that treat residents as if they were family, but here they do. Fantastic meals, engaging activities and they go above and beyond to provide dignity and support to all of their residents. I highly recommend. Take a tour and meet the staff it is beautiful community, very nice and clean and very well maintained. Perfect place for your loved one if they are needing extra care!

Bayfield Assisted Living has been a blessing to me. The staff is great, with Executive Director Sue Lathrom being especially helpful. My story may sound familiar ... My aging father and his wife were getting to be quite forgetful, doing things that were no longer safe for them to do, and I was constantly worrying about them. We wanted them to go to assisted living, but my dad absolutely did not want to go. We told him they could try it out temporarily to see how they liked it (a suggestion given to us by someone at the facility). He was initially skeptical, but he came around. He now loves it at Bayfield! He likes the food, the socialization, the activities ... everything. He is happier than he has been in ages. It is so nice to pop in to visit him and see him up and about, versus sleeping or watching TV like he was always doing when they lived at home. The best thing for me personally is I have much less stress in my life now, because instead of constantly worrying about them, I know they are in good hands.

I cannot adequately describe how much my family and I love the Bayfield Assisted Living Team! My mom has been there since the end of June 2021, and what a difference In the quality of care she is receiving as compared to her previous assisted living locale! The caregivers are attentive, responsive, funny and kind. The meals are fantastic, and my mom is known to be a harsh food critic. Bayfield's Administrator, Sue L., is superior in building relationships with my mom and our family. Her attention to detail and follow through are spot on.Jamie does such a great job managing my mom's medical care...serious peace of mind. Krystal K.is so welcoming that we felt part of the Bayfield family even before my mom arrived. If you get a chance, check out Bayfield's mission statement; it says it all! If you're looking for a place for your loved one to call home, I definitely would call and see if there's availability.

I have been here for 4 years and have cherished all of the memories and connections I have been with each resident and their families. The staff work together as a team and are always going above and beyond for each resident. They have many fun activities and things to do throughout the day. Care staff at Bayfield always are going above and beyond. They are friendly and outgoing individual's. Always working together as a team to help each other out to give the residence the best care that they can. Management is always there to listen and to have your back. Nice facility, they really seem to care about grandpa. It does not smell like an assisted living place. The memory Care unit is top notch. They have all sorts of games and activities to keep the residents occupied and engaged. The staff is friendly.
