I have lived here for 2 years. Everyone is friendly and caregivers are helpful and they help in a manner that makes your feel at home. Kitchen staff are wonderful. I love the activities, they keep us busy all the time.

I am not taking away from the tragedy recently reported in the media. My heart goes out to the family of the individual who passed away, it is heartbreaking, however I have had a very different first hand experience with this company. The have cared for thousands of individuals without incident. It is unfair of those of you jumping on the media bandwagon to condemn an entire facility/company and staff who have done so much good for countless other individuals who were not able to care for themselves or be cared for by their families. My 20 plus years of experience in long term care is this, while this incident is horribly tragic and sad, it is isolated, and does not reflect the facility as a whole, the management, or the vast majority of staff who do love and care for these residents on a daily basis.
