Mom has been at Brookdale Ann Arbor for just over 2 months now. She is loving it. The staff smile, know her name, check in on her, invite her to the different activities and are all around friendly. They have time to talk to her and have gone above our expectations to help mom feel at home and adjust to her new living situation. Thank you Brookdale!

Thank you Brookdale Senior Living Solutions of AnnArbor!Our family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the way you kept all residents and caregivers safe and healthy throughout this Coronavirus pandemic. Samantha and her amazing team took great care to keep residents connected with their families during an extremely difficult time. Families received daily email updates regarding procedures for closure, information about daily intensified cleaning, ways to continue to connect with loved ones (ie. window visits, phone calls, Zoom calls…).Families also received emails several times each week that included photos and videos of their loved ones, as well as uplifting messages from the staff. Because of their diligence, when the entire facility was tested for COVID 19, there were 0 positive cases for both residents, as well as caregivers!!!We can not thank Brookdale enough for the phenomenal work from the administration and the caregivers!!The Jenkins Family

Mom has now been at Brookdale Ann Arbor for over a year. She loves it and the staff love her. It hasnt been easy the past few months since family has not been able to visit because of Covid but the staff have gone above and beyond to meet moms needs. The staff have always done a great job with communication and during Covid they used creativity to share with the families through pictures and videos. I cant thank them enough.

My Mom really enjoys living at Brookdale Ann Arbor. She has made some friends. She enjoys her "place". She is safely receiving her daily meds and enjoys the food. It was time for Mom to move into an Assisted Living Center, since I work long shifts at a hospital and she was home alone. It is a relief that she is in a safe and supportive environment that understands seniors with cognitive issues.

The administration of Brookdale Ann Arbor exceeds expectations. From the warm welcome at the front desk, to setting up a service plan and customizing the in-room amenities, we could not be happier. My dad is comfortable and active, and we feel welcome any time. Special thanks to Stacey O. who helped us make this move and continues to support our family. Brookdale Ann Arbor is a vibrant place with a caring staff.

This community was on the larger side. It was extremely nice well maintained and very clean. It was handicapped accessible.The staff seemed to be nice and respectful of the residents. The outside was very nice had some outdoor common areas. In fact, we were so impressed by this community we were going to choose this one but the price was an issue it was out of our budget range.

Brookdale Ann Arbor is the best that I know. I am just not familiar with other facilities. The value is fair. I have no criticism at this point but we really haven't been there long enough. Everybody has been very helpful so far. So far so good.
