We brought my Mom in for rehab against her really want to home. But, everyone there was very nice & comforting to her. She loved her PT/OT therapists. Her discharge was smooth & everyone was helpfully with the paperwork. The follow up has been nice, it's nice to know they care about their residents, even after they leave.

My mom has been here twice now for rehabilitation after the hospital. The second, more recent stay was much better and it seems like they are actively working on following up and doing better. Her first and second stay though there was barely edible food and the toilets stopped working correctly each time. But the second stay we loved the nurses and staff, they were all kind, helpful, and very appreciated! I’ve had many follow ups asking how she is and if she needs rehabilitation again I’m sure we will be back. The facility having maintenance issues isn’t the fault of anyone except probably old faulty plumbing it’s just inconvenient, but we do wish the food was better. We don’t expect perfection but some of the things we saw were really not good at all. (Food wise) I took away stars for those things, not her care.

I was in rehabilitation unit and the staff was very efficient.The therapist were very excellent and caring.I couldn’t walk when I was admitted and I was totally walking when discharged.Great Therapist.

Overall the staff, nursing and CNA"s are a very competent and caring group of skilled professionals. They all seem to work in complete harmony to make your stay as comfortable as the surroundings. Their rehab department is small but well versed in their chosen fields of expertise. The facility is clean and well kept. My only complaint would be that the food tends to be hit and miss, but the hits outlay the miss".

Rooms are small, they are doing some remodeling but rooms have peeling wallpaper and paint. Lots of dust too. Most of the CNAs were good, some provided exemplary care while others were snippy and acted like they were doing you a favor. Med nurses Erica M, Megan and Makenzie were wonderful. Food was awful, I was lucky enough to have family bring me my meals. Big thanks to physical therapist Aaron, he helped me to find the strength and courage to believe in myself and walk. Best advice, keep your eyes and ears open and advocate for your loved ones needing care.

The caregivers at Oasis were always compassionate and caring with my mom who was 92 and suffered with dementia. No matter what the situation, they always made sure that mom was cared for. What a great place to have to take care of a loved one.

My mother was a long term resident here and she always talked about her nurse Kelsi and how she was the most helpful nurse she had ever met and loved how respectful and professional she was, no matter the situation. God bless her and this place for what they do for the elderly. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking care for a loved one!

Everyone at Oasis has been excellent. They all truly care for their residents and families. My mother in law was treated with dignity and respect. During the uncertain times of covid19, Jada sent my husband pictures and updates to keep informed on mom's progress.

Oasis has been great. Especially with having to move mom right before covid-19 shut everything down. Mom is very hard of hearing and has a cochlear. They worked with us to set up a messaging device so we could send her pictures, messages and video clips. They also set up FaceTime. Having to move a loved one into a nursing facility is no easy task, during a pandemic is even tougher, but they have kept us updated with how mom is doing and how the facility is handling things. Thank you Oasis staff for keeping mom safe.

The staff at this facility were very helpful when we had to move my grandmother from Pennsylvania to Michigan. She can be a bit fiesty but they go out of their way to make sure she is taken care of. I appreciate all they do for my family member! Thank you!

We have been very satisfied with the care my mom has received at Oasis of Adrian. Because of Covid they have followed very strict precautions to keep the building Covid free. We are grateful for that. This stay came after a heart emergency, followed by other medical issues during Covid. It was unexpected for all of us. They took great care to explain to us what was going on. They reported anything that was happening with my Mom as well as went so far to help her dial her phone and sometime even help her talk to us because of her weakness. Nobody dreams of a nursing home stay for their loved one, including us, but in the reality of it, Oasis staff has been caring, calm and compassionate with my Mom and us. We are grateful.

I placed my Uncle Kenny at Oasis Nursing Home in Adrian Mi from a group home in Grand Rapids Mi area in Sept 2018. I was very nervous about doing this but after I talked with the Administration they made me feel really good about doing this. Kenny has had so much Love and Attention I feel so comfortable with every staff member and they all know exactly who he is if I need to call about any questions. The hardest part is with me not able to go see him but I get updates and I can call anytime. The most important thing for me was when they said I can come in anytime I want to 24/7. Before Covid I was feeding Kenny every other day and I was so afraid he would forget me but they reassured me he wouldn't. I have nothing but Good to say about Oasis Of Adrian.

OMG! I can’t even tell you how much I appreciate the love and care given to my mother. She is 86 with moderate dementia and has been there since March, like literally moved her in on a Friday and the next day, lockdown due to Covid-19. She is always happy because the staff treat her like their own family. With all the restrictions, they still manage to put smiles on the residents faces and also themselves. I feel secure knowing that she is getting excellent care there. If you have a loved one that needs a good nursing home, the Oasis, is #1 for me and my mama thank you to all the heroes! They go above and beyond ™

The Oasis of Adrian is amazing. Both my Mother and my Father went there near the end of 2019. My Mom was unfortunately near the end of her life at the time but I was blown away by the level of care and compassion that was shown to her and my entire family before she even arrived as a resident. That level of care continued for her and the family all the way up to her last day. This facility also works hand and hand with Hospice so she was able to have that as well. Luckily, we still have Dad with us and he continues to live at Oasis. He is quite happy there and I know that he is well taken care of there. The world has been facing a difficult time right now with COVID 19 so I have not been able to visit but I am able to speak to Dad and I receive regular updates form the facility as to how he is doing. It is a difficult time in a persons life when they realize that they can no longer care for someone they love, on their own. The Oasis of Adrian did and continues to make all of that easier on the family. I know that my Mom was well cared for and that my Dad continues to be safe and well cared for. The peace of mind that that gives me is priceless. Everyone at Oasis treats me and the rest of our family like family to them.
