This is a truly wonderful place to work and be a part of. My wife works here, and it has become her second home -home away from home she always says. The staff genuinely care about the residents and each other, creating a warm, supportive, and welcoming environment. Their compassion, dedication, and commitment to providing exceptional care are evident every day. Without a doubt, this team is among the very best, and it shows in everything they do.

The staff and facility of Charlotte Stephenson Manor was great. The first inquiry/visit was fantastic, answers to prayers. Stephanie and Melissia were allowed to stop what they were doing that Monday morning and jumped into action. They visited my dad immediately in the hospital to see if they could care for him. They accepted him, even though he was under the care of "Hospice of Lenawee". The room for my dad was very nice. All the administrative staff, Lori, Autum, the kitchen staff, activity staff, nursing, housekeeping, and caregivers were excellent. One caregiver stood out, very caring, kind, a special person. Did not how special until the final hours in the Manor. I will always remember. THANKYOU. My dad died that first Friday in February. The staff and residents paid tribute to him as he was taken out of the front door, under the American Flag, he was World War II Veteran. THANK YOU to everyone at Charlotte Stephenson Manor.

The staff is great, especially Dawn in the kitchen. Everyone, though, does a great job helping the residence and caring for their needs and wants. There's an on-site hairdresser that comes once a week. They have daily activities and Holiday-themed events. Fun silent auctions periodically. The place is very clean. There's a fish aquarium and seasonal decor. A sun room, courtyard, activity room. Many windows (they allow outdoor birdfeeders) and the interior colours are light, giving it a happy, airy feeling. We were anxious to be putting our relative, who has dementia into assisted living. This place is better than we could have hoped.

We are so very thankful for Charlotte Stephenson. This assisted living facility has been a gift for my parents. It is a wonderful community, and the staff are so special and caring and have truly made it feel like home.

Our mom moved to Adrian, Michigan a few years ago and lived in two other assisted living facilities prior to finding Charlotte Stephenson. What a difference! The other facilities were beautiful with completely new or updated interiors designed to draw you in, but the staff was in constant turnover and frequently unhappy in both locations. At Charlotte Stephenson, there's a different vibe. The people who work there clearly like the residents, their co-workers, and their management and it shows! They are playful and fun and have positive attitudes even in the most difficult of situations. We are so very happy we have finally found the perfect place for Mom. Last week she talked about "our house" and "our people" and I knew she was feeling a true sense of belonging at Charlotte Stephenson. It's nice to see her care about the team who is caring for her. Our family feels so lucky to have found the CS family!

I am a social worker for a local hospice who visits patients at this facility often. I have been amazed by the incredible compassion & care my patients have received here. The staff are wonderful- from caregivers, nurses, admin, life enrichment, culinary, etc., they go above and beyond to make their residents feel comfortable and loved.

I am a local hospice CNA who has experienced many of the area facilities. I genuinely enjoy coming into Charlotte Stephenson Manor. They have competent nursing staff, a clean facility, and the best activities department in town. As a hospice aide, I greatly appreciate having them as a part of my care team. They are very professional and will make sure your loved ones get to hold on to their dignity and personality through the rest of their days. Highly recommend.

There are no words to adequately describe the deep and humble gratitude my siblings and I have for the staff at Charlotte Stephenson Manor for the extraordinary combination of love, compassion, expert medical care and impeccable professionalism they displayed in the days leading up to and through my mom's passing on March 24. They not only helped to ensure that her passing was as peaceful as possible and that my mom could feel their care, concern and love throughout, but they welcomed with open arms all of her many children and their families to be present with mom during this mysterious and deeply poignant time. I'm certain that our presence must have been disruptive to their operations at times, but they never let on, and continued to assure us that we were deeply welcomed, and for that we feel so blessed. We are so appreciative as well for the compassionate and attentive care they continue to provide for my father on a daily basis, as they did for my mom while she was alive. We highly recommend Charlotte Stephenson as a warm and caring place for seniors who need a little or a lot of assistance with daily living activities and end-of-life care.

I shopped around for a memory care home for my husband, who has Alzheimer's, and found the perfect place at CHARLOTTE STEPHENSON MANOR! Upon entering, one is greeted by kind, welcoming, caring people; including administration, care givers, nurses, social directors, kitchen/diningroom staff, custodial/maintenance staff and residents. It's a happy place! The "apartments" are comfortable and semi furnished, allowing one to decorate for an individual homey feel. The dining experience is always pleasant with conversation and home cooked meals with at least two choices. Soup, salad and dessert are always served with every meal. Yummy! I must pay special tribute to the hands-on caregivers. CSM has the very best! They care deeply for each individual resident; knowing their likes, dislikes, quirks and habits. We are a family, loving our loved ones in this chapter of the Book of Life. Thank you CSM!

I visited the care team at Charlotte Stephenson Manor recently to connect with them on their not-for-profit status under ProMedica Senior Care and the opportunities this allows for grateful resident and family giving to support our Memory Care Fund. This fund enables actionable gratitude from grateful families and allows for grantmaking back to the residents, families, and the care team of Charlotte Stephenson Manor to support residents and families along their journey with aging and/or memory loss. Charlotte Stephenson Manor is a beautifully maintained center with a great reputation for providing excellent care. There is much longevity within the team, which is so important to promote the best care. The center is very clean and they have invested much in training their team members, especially in the best techniques to care for and support those with memory loss. The team was so warm and welcoming. They are clearly very devoted to providing the best care and relationships I hope to be able to connect again soon.

We had to move our Mother from this wonderful assisted living facility recently due to medical issues. They are the best here at Pro Medica Charlotte Stephenson! Mom enjoyed her time here very much and we appreciate all of the wonderful, caring, atmosphere. The staff kept us informed about Mom's condition as needed & gave her quality care. My mother is a new resident in the memory area. Her transition to Charlotte Stephenson Manor is still in progress but everyone on the staff has been wonderful. The admission team went above and beyond to make things easier for us and continues to check in to be sure that mom has everything she needs. I've been able to visit with my mom twice since she moved in a few weeks ago. The vestibule visit isn't quite like going inside but it's great to see and hear her with just a window between us. I'm so happy that there was a place like this available for mom when she needed it.

I placed my father with Charlotte Stephenson Home after touring and reviewing many many places. Bringing his own furniture and bed made him very comfortable. I could come at anytime, any day and he would be dressed, up reading or enjoying a great meal. (He actually loved the food!). The staff really cared. And I had a wonderful peace of mind with him there.

The staff is wonderful and works well with you to try and accommodate the needs of the resident and family. It has been difficult during the Covid lockdown of not being able to go in and physically visit, but they have made a way to do window visits with your loved one. And being able to have FaceTime has been nice to see your loved one, even if on a screen. The facility is very clean and the food is good. When you can go in and visit (before Covid) you can have a meal with your loved one in the sun porch which looks out on the courtyard. There are activities your loved one can participate in throughout the week. It is a very difficult time when you reach the point you need this type of care, but they made the transition as easy as possible and were there to answer all the questions and help as much as possible. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a place to take care of your loved one.

My mother is currently in Charlotte Stephenson Manor. It was an emergency to get her in there within a very short period of time. Brittany and the staff worked hard and made it happen. Once there, my mom had an adjustment period but adapted well for someone with dementia. Three weeks after becoming a resident there, I was no longer allowed to visit inside due to COVID. I often come to the window or call my mom on the phone and she is doing very well. I'm looking forward to being able to visit in person someday soon. In the meantime, I know she is safe and secure and well taken care of. Thank you to everyone for being so good to my mom.

Four years ago at 94 Mom could no longer live alone. After looking at several different places my brother and I chose Charlotte . We have never been sorry. Mom never wanted to be in an assisted living facility but after a short time she said she really likes it here and is glad she came. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the facility is always kept clean and in excellent condition. The nursing care is all that I wanted and there are plenty of activities for mom to attend if she chooses. I guess what makes me happy about choosing Charlotte is Mom telling me " I really like it here, I'm glad I came."

My mom stayed there for 2 months in the summer so we could vacation, camping and ride our Harleys ( things mom couldn't do) She loved it there!!! She meet a lot of new friends. Every time I visited mom EVERYONE was so nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone <3 Mom will see you again in June it is like a vacation to her as well.
