The previous reviews must be from a disgruntled employee or a resident that did not follow the rules or someone who is drunk or high. I have never experienced any of this and I am present in the building several times throughout the week visiting my Mom! The owners Kevin, Matt and Administration Shaun are nothing but genuine!!! Whoever is responsible for the previous review should be ashamed of themselves! That kind of behavior only harms those who live there! I never worry about my Moms well being. If I have a concern it is always addressed with compassion. Leslie in Accounting is pretty great too.

No! No! No! If you want to spend your hard earned money to have your loved one tucked away, forgotten about, abused, neglected??? Then don't bring them here because that's exactly what will happen! especially if they have memory problems because they know it will be forgotten about. This place is not safe, the building is falling apart, literally! Theres mold, severe plumbing issues and damage. Medications are never given when time, they run out of resident meds they can't keep enough staff, staff is abuse and never come when you ask for assistance. They have had 5 administrators in 4 months, police are always called but they never want to call a ambulance because they're too lazy to do paperwork. If you love your family, you will not put them here. And make sure to watch out for these people, if you see or hear these names then run far away in the opposite direction as fast as you can!
