This retirement community is attractive, clean, and has a great location. As we arrived a bus full of residents had just returned from The Inner Harbor. They were all smiles as they descended from the bus....just in time for dinner. What a nice trip! We spent the afternoon/early evening with a family friend who resides here. She is happy to be living here. We enjoyed an outside stroll toward the waterfront as well as a meal in the Pub. The salmon was delicious! The menu had a variety of pub food, with a daily special. The dining room was clean, the wait staff was attentive, and the residents were extremely friendly.

Incredibly courteous and polite staff! From what I've seen, there is plenty to choose from. The location is super convenient... Kudos to the all the staff/s for such a super clean building and grounds. We will definitely return again and again and again! The only negative is parking most spots are tight for a pickup truck. However, I would still give more than 5 stars if possible.

I have lived at Asbury for 14 years . My husband recently died. He would agree with my answers. We think Asbury is a nice place to live , but we always tell people that ask us....would you recommend it, we say that is a good, safe place to live . But if food is important to you ...think of another place.

My wife and I moved here in 2020, the middle of the pandemic. Asbury Solomons and its staff took great care of us then. Now that things are opening up more, I can only say this was the right move. Every day is better than the day before. The staff are great! The friends we have are fantastic! There is so much to do, and more importantly the projects you can contribute to are limitless. And as a bonus, the religious aspect, i.e. Bible Studies, Vespers, etc., is amazing. The Solomons area is like a small New England town. And I get to be out on the water or in the pool every day. This is a great place to retire to. The sooner you move here the happy you will be.

I am so favorably impresses with the quality of the other residents here and with the caring of the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and beautiful. There are so many activities available from cards to kayaks and beyond. Administration is responsive to resident suggestions. wont you Join us?

I have been repeatedly impressed by the staff at Asbury Solomons. They are courteous, helpful, kind, and caring. They frequently go above and beyond our expectations, especially staff member Karly Thompson, who is worth her weight in gold.

My parents came here in 1998 and my sister came here in 2016. We have lived here for 6 months. You could say its a family affair! We love it. I always tell folks that whatever marketing says about Asbury - its better.

I worked here years ago, and honestly still miss it to this day. The residents were great and so were my coworkers. Management wasnt the best, which is why I left, but besides that best job ever. If youre considering moving here, I highly recommend it. You have the most caring people within all departments to care for you or a loved ones. The residents become a part of your family, which is why I still come visit them as much as I can.

Moved here in July 2018 after search of similar communities in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Great location and amenities. Nice thing is that its a small community where people are easy to get to know and are friendly and helpful.

I've been here four years, and find it's just right for me for this stage of life. I don't have enough time or energy to take advantage of all the opportunities here, but do as much exercising and activities as I'm able. And of course--the food! I cook when I want to, not because I must!

we are beginning our sixth year as apartment dwellers. Living here at Asbury has enabled c us to continue our full time ministry, finish our book of memories with Trafford Publishing and volunteer our services with the computer club, channel 970, the Library committee, Religious committee and Granny's Treasure. And imagine being "Ambassadors, we have never been "Ambassadors" before.

Living peacefully at Asbury Solomons for almost 3 years in a cottage with a great view of the Patuxent River. A wonderful retirement community with many activities, entertainment venues, and friendly residents. Asbury has a large pier where my husband takes our grandsons fishing and it's great for watching fireworks. A great place to live !!!

This is a lovely community. I have a friend who lived here for years as an "independent" person and is now in assisted living. The living areas are generous. The staff strikes me as generous and caring.

We have found the perfect solution to aging gracefully. Surround yourself with a beautiful location (between the Chesapeake Bay and the Patuxent river), an apartment or cottage you can really call home, an extraordinary administrative staff, with very accommodating associates, eat till your so full......more activities (on and off campus) than you can attend in one day, and make all of the new friends you have time for. Then just take one year at a time, knowing Asbury will be there for you until the happy ending.

If you want to live in a community with friendly people, beautiful surroundings on the water, many amenities, three wonderful venues for meals with a grill, PUB and gorgeous dining room overlooking the river, and the choice of cottage or apartment residence - then please come to Asbury Solomons for a tour and hopefully find the home of your choice. We are close to many marinas so bring your boat. You can have an opportunity to visit the nearby Calvert Marine Museum or Annmarie Gardens and Gallery or the Chesapeake Biological Laboratory Visitor Center. There is no other place like Asbury Solomons Retirement Community, a CCRC.
