You would be better living in card board box then here, mice are everywhere drug dealers management treats everyone like this an assisted living facility always bullying residents not to go outside if its hot or snowing.they have no planned activities for residents and if you speak up about these conditions the response is you are in violation of your lease and they proceed to have you evicted.you have no staff that lives on the property to actually see the crime that occurs after hours inside the building.

Wonderful community to live. Basically pretty peaceful. Resident manager is friendly and helpful. Hallway carpet could use some cleaning as well as stairways. Best part is all utilities are included and that helps a lot with fixed incomes.

My mother has been there for only a couple of months and I think its a very nice place. It has a wonderful atmosphere and everyone is very kind. The two ladies working the frpnt desk are lovely. We were blessed to have this door open.

My stepfather spent not quite a year there, they have a very pleasant staff. All the residents were kind and helped one another.

My mom has lived here for a year and its truly been a wonderful experience. The staff are so sarong and extremely patient. When they noticed my mom hadnt checked her mail in a couple days they gave her a call She was under the weather but hadnt been able to get in touch with me The office called me to give me a heads up on the situation. The building is a bit dated, but the apartments are comfortable. Theres new owners and slowly things are getting updated. My mom has met some wonderful friends and the activities are fun. The exercise equipment is kept in good condition and the indoor pool has just been redone. The common areas are beautifully decorated as well. The main lobby has a piano, a puzzle area, a kitchenette area where some ladies gather a few times a week for cards and games. During the holidays many of the tenants gather to decorate the entire building! This is apartment living; if youve ever lived in an apartment youll understand not 100% of the tenants are going to be your cup of tea. However, so far from what I have seen, a good 95% are fun to be around. I check on my mom 3 times a week and the residents are all nice to visit with.
