I visited The Bonifant Wed 06/05/24! Met The Nicest Property Mgr, Ms. Lorena Ramirez; Quick Witted, Knew What I Needed, before, I Asked; showed me One of The Nicest Apts, that was Suitable for 5.8ft/Shorter Folks; I was Ecstatic, until I Saw The Washer/Dryer; Remembered, Rockville MCP,, and The ” Dept doing several Loads of their Dirty Laundry, ILLEGALLY, in my WD, with my Supplies, which raised my Pepco Bill to Several Hundred $$$, and I became Nauseous; Walked Away, VERY SAD! It's A Lovely Place, but I have A Deep Phobia, re:In Unit, Washer-Dryer! Thank you Lorena! You're An Awesome Property Manager!

I had heard that the Bonifant is a great place to live, and it's true. The place is beautifully maintained, and the staff does everything to make this a home to all who live here. I feel very lucky to live here.

The Bonifant is an ideal location and I feel safe living here. My maintenance request last week was handled very effectively and efficiently. Our apartment management and staff are polite and knowledgeable. I'm also enjoying living here partly because of our Resident Service Coordinator Tammy. Although I only moved in two weeks ago, I already feel right at home. The management staff is very attentive and courteous. They welcomed me with open arms and kept in touch with me from the minute I inquired about moving in up until I actually moved in. Lorena and GeAnn stayed in touch with me either by phone or email and helped me navigate the rental process. They both treated me like I was a v.i.p. I've already met many wonderful tenants who also welcomed me with open arms. If you're a senior and you love Silver Spring, The Bonifant is the place to be. Thank you Lorena and GeAnn! -

It's been a convenient, quiet, safe haven for me. I don't believe I need to provide a minimum of 200 characters expressing how I feel to meet your advertising needs. I have been looking for a place for my mother for months. I have never spoken to someone as nice as Lorena Ramirez during my search. Not to mention she is the Property Manager. Her market rents are higher than what I could supplement for my mother, but she offered to search in her company to find her a home. Customer service at it's best I tell you!

Beautiful people, they are so helpful with anything i need. The maintenance department is also very helpful and respond very quickly to your need. All the stores are at your fingertip. Since moving to Bonifant Apartments in Silver Spring MD in August 2020, I have nothing but praise for the staff as well as the community. Which I had known of The Bonifant a few years ago. So pleased, after my first year, that I signed a two year lease during my recent renewal.

Lorena and GeAnn gave exceptional customer service and are very pleasant. They answered all my questions with rapid and cheerful responses. The apartment is gorgeous with great amenities. Great location.

Beautiful property, however if your visiting please be advised there is no visitor parking. You will have to pay to park on the street. It's only $1 per hour. Gorgeous interiors and great amenities. Lorena is amazing!

It said good place for the senior community in the heart of Downtown Silver Spring where are most everything is reachable Metro Station, bus station, grocery store, coffee shops , theater etc

When me and my mom started searching for comfortable living for us came across the Bonifant. The place was very beautiful staff was extremely nice and helpful and the apartment complex have many perks. I felt that bottle for is a nice safe and fun place to live.
