Having to get 24/7 care in place for my mom on a week's notice when she was released from rehab after a broken hip was difficult and anxiety-producing. From the very first person with whom I spoke when we called, everyone at Family & Nursing Care was consistently reliable, responsive, and kind. When one Saturday morning early there was a hiccup and the caregiver could not get into my mom's apartment, I heard from the person on call and things were resolved smoothly and swiftly. I will definitely contact Family & Nursing Care if we have care needs in future.

For almost six years, Family & Nursing provided my family with excellent care providers, initially for my Mother, who had a debilitating illness, and after she passed, for my Father who suffers from declining memory issues. For the last year or so for my Dad, we had a regular day caregiver and a regular evening caregiver. They were simply great with my Dad and the consistency with the same caregiver for each time slot was very helpful. In all situations, the care givers helped with AODL but also were compassionate, caring, and engaging.
