This a beautiful community, with wonderful amenities. Coy pond, gardens, balconies, fine dining, so many things to enjoy. The units are comfortable and the price is reasonable for what you receive. The building is only three years old and it is well run. Highly recommend to anyone looking for themselves or a loved one.

I can assure you once you walk in that door Your eyes will light up to be amazed about the freshness that is maintained and the ambience of the atmosphere a resident (and or family member) will be fascinated by. I've already worked with Heidi and Travis as they will best provide a comprehensive tour and address any questions you have. I do want to state just because this place is in Potomac, their prices are very competitive to other cities in Maryland And that's why it's worth setting up a tour for this place. Make it happen!

Brandywine at Potomac never disappoints. The property is extremely beautiful and well kept. I have had the chance to attend a few of the events and they all exceeded my expectations. For one of the events I had the chance to meet the Culinary Director Bryce and he was super nice and knowledgeable. I cant wait to see what the next event brings!

A little over a week ago I had the pleasure of hosting a Marketing Manager Meetup at Brandywine. I have attended a few events here so I knew the location was beautiful and the food is fantastic. Make sure you request the seafood wraps. We had 6 different kinds of sandwiches, 2 salads, and several desserts. The chef was able to accommodate traditional and vegan palettes. The theater room was a great place to hold a presentation. The stadium seating meant there were absolutely no bad seats. I highly recommend this place if you are hosting an event in Montgomery County. I will be back!

I am always impressed by the beauty, cleanliness, and aesthetic of the property. Travis is the best host one could ever ask for and exceeds in his role of business development. I Love Brandywine at Potomac! Every professional event thrown by Travis Royall turns out AMAZING! Travis is knowledgeable about the senior living industry and such an asset to have on site. He loves his residents and knows everyone by name. Make sure to tour the building because it is very beautiful and upscale. Ask for Travis! He always has on a SHARP suit!

After spending months looking for a community for my father, a family friend recommended we tour Brandywine which we recently did. We met with Travis and he and my father immediately clicked after finding out they have a lot in common. Travis went above and beyond to make my father and I feel comfortable including inviting us to trivia night that evening. My father is a whiz at trivia and happily accepted the invitation. Besides trivia night, Travis mentioned other activities outside the community. This is very important to me. My father is retired and prefers to stay at home so knowing there are activities he can join is comforting. By the end of trivia night, my dad decided he wanted to move to Brandywine and said Travis and trivia night won him over. I'm glad we listened to our family friend!

My father in law moved into Brandywine Living Potomac in Jan of 2023. The facility is beautiful and it doesn't feel like an assisted living residence - it looks and feels like independent living. When he moved in he got the full red carpet treatment! All of the staff we met are warm and caring and seem to really enjoy their work and the residents. The food is delicious, and the variety keeps it exciting. The care my FIL receives is top notch, and we have been very happy with the care he receives there. The ability to receive medical care and physical therapy on site makes living there super easy. We have no hesitations recommending Brandywine Living at Potomac 100%, it is truly a wonderful place. You and your family member will be well cared for and respected there!

First, I would like to say the facility is BEAUTIFUL! I came in last summer on a Sunday morning and was greeted by the concierge, her name was Tiffany. May I add her customer service was amazing and very welcoming, speaking with her and seeing how she interacted with the residents made me feel extremely comfortable with moving my parents into the facility. I was informed that the director of sales was out for the day, and she immediately found someone to assist me. I was greeted by a young lady named Kendal & Chef Sebastian. They were delightful, the chef even offered to make me a meal. It was an elderly lady who seemed very worried on the second floor, but Kendal walked away and responded to her needs which also made me love Brandywine even more. I just got back from touring and thought of calling so I could come in and make an appointment with my parents and the young lady who answered the phone was very rude, short-tempered, and dismissive. I was told sales were in a meeting, I asked to leave a message I was told to call back, I asked for her name she was very rude and hung up on me. I don't know if there were two different training courses from the first set of people but the way I was handled was rude and hurtful. I would have given them five stars but the way I was handled was very distasteful.

I don't believe in "putting away" family - and especially not my husband. After many years of taking care of him, his physical needs due to Parkinson's disease became too much and I was left with no choice. The day I dropped him off was miserable. The next day I went early and stayed the whole day. All I can say is WOW! This is NOT what you think about when you hear retirement home. I'm so grateful. The other day my husband asked me to leave so he could join his normal daily Happy Hour activities. It made me laugh and a little sad, but again so grateful. I love the weekly photos of him doing activities that I could have never managed - petting zoo, karaoke, classic movies, the list goes on. Their menu changes daily so most days I order and eat food with him. Thank you to the nurses, care staff, management team and butlers.

The staff have continued to support my mother, and our family, ensuring that all the details are attend to. The facility is amazing and the activities keep my mother actively engaged, healthy, and happy. We couldn't imagine this transition being any smoother.

I don't normally post reviews but while people were losing their loved ones in retirement homes, I was counting my blessings - so I feel it's appropriate to leave a comment. I'm so grateful for everything this place is. The time they spend with my dad, the way they treat him and speak with him, the activities, the food, the cleanliness... I can keep going. It's all beyond what I could have imagined. I don't know if I can mention names so I'll just say that l the butler and managers are top notch. I don't know if my husband and I will be as lucky as my dad, but we're already talking about getting our ducks in line so we are in a similar place when the time comes.
