If I could give zero starts I would. The authorities needs to be looking into this place. Poorly run. No activities. No scheduled outings or opportunities to even walk outside. Pitiful excuse for "meals". Residents should be weighed weekly - no doubt they're all losing weight. Friendly, but unskilled staff. High turnover (that should be a huge red flag). The place is freezing cold in the winter and too warm in the summer - with no way for anyone but the owner to adjust thermostat. Exits are locked from the inside and no one can get in or out without one of the (only two) aids to use the key and allow entry/exit. And they make all residents go to bed at 6pm? WTH? I would never put my parents in this place, ever. Based on my observations, this owner cares only about the money (referencing arbitrary rent increases), NOT the wellbeing or comfort of the residents. No way would I ever recommend this place for anyone. You need to research all places carefully and not fall victim to the sales pitch. Once you're in, you'll be looking for another place soon.

I am so pleased and grateful for the amazing care this facility has given to my husband. The staff is very warm and the owner is very easy to talk to she is compassionate and understandable.

A relative of mine was a resident for several years. During her stay, we found the limited staff of 2-3 nursing assistants to be significantly overworked and undertrained, particularly when dealing with those suffering from cognitive decline. While the home was relatively clean, the thermostat was locked, preventing access by the nursing assistants to make adjustments. In the summer, it felt like a sauna, and in the winter, it was so cold heavy clothing needed to be worn. Activities were very limited inside, and there were no opportunities provided to go outside and enjoy the fresh air. The owner lacked sensitivity to the residents, was cold and maintained a distant posture, only considering financial interests that benefitted her. The care of my relative was not just disturbing but bordered on the criminal given the discovery of various stages of unexplained bruises on her body. There were no reports of injuries made, and some appeared consistent with the use of physical abuse. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS HELLHOLE!

Lovely room with 5 big windows facing flowers, trees, and brown bunnies and squirrels. Staff is very kind and caring. Owner is very helpful and kind.
