There is a mice infestation in Bldg., and tenants not only smoke cigarettes in their apartments, they smoke weed too. In addition, tenants loiter at the main entrance smoking both their cigarettes & weed

The acting manager [name removed] wants to evict me because I have a video of one of her favorite tenants saying that [name removed] and [name removed] know that they take the chairs from the 2nd floor common area and put in the apartment so they have them when they need the chairs. This was during the renovation. When I showed [name removed] the video on the Monday after I did it, [name removed] contacted the favorite tenants and they went to the courthouse to get peace orders against me. [name removed] has been trying to evict me ever since. I have the video still and I got the timeline from the peace orders together to prove I was targeted by [name removed] and her favorite tenants to get evicted. One of [name removed]’s favorite tenants has a peace order against her and [name removed] is not pushing the eviction for her and she was aggressive (she threw punches at the tenant.)towards another tenant in the building. Interesting how [name removed] wants me out and I help people in the buildings, but, [name removed] wants her favorite tenant to stay, and she shows aggression against other tenants.

The management at Hopkins Village has there favorite tenants. They allow them to break rules because one of them babysits for the acting manager [name removed]. The head maintenance guy also overlooks the favorite tenants when checking video footage. Two of the favorites get together and get other tenants evicted . [name removed], if you read this comment you might want to look into the accusations. [name removed] don’t go by what [name removed] tells you. I have other concerns that you might want to hear about…

Hopkins Village Apartments are really nice I didn't know what to expect at first but I am pleasantly surprised The people have been great that work there it's well maintained it's a nice place it's very nice very secure I'm I'm happy I'm happy with it
