No one wants to have their elderly parents living anywhere but in their family home, yet life happens. I can honestly say it is hard to see my mom living in an assisted living place, yet having her in The Lighthouse Senior place allows me to sleep at night. At least I know she is in a safe clean caring environment.

My Family and I are just getting started with Lighthouse. We recently did a tour and spoke about all possible needs and concerns of our loved one. The communication back and forth has been wonderful and most helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. The Director we met with spent time with us, answered all of our questions, gave helpful suggestions and truly cared about my family. Entering the Facility is comfortable and personable, with the utmost care of sanitation and precautions for our ever changing world. I was happy to be there even in the sections, that have potential to be very sad because the staff gave me the sense of their commitment and compassion for each and every resident.

I received this note from a former residents son. Needed to share what our families really think about the Lighthouse. Mom was at lighthouse for a year and a few months. she went in with every intention of hating it, she was wrong !!! mom had very few complaints, was VERY well cared for, was given lots of attention and love. the staff from top to bottom went out of their way to please her and her family. the place is spotless, always clean and looked after. again, the entire staff was awesome, all the time. You be your own judge. Money stolen false dentures misplaced by staff. White gold pinky ring and gold chain missing. During virus period and hospital stay someone went through wallet, took his phone , charger and instruction book, white board. with phone numbers, mattress cover, Think twice

My father in law was at Lighthouse and had the best experience. He loved the daily activities that the Activities Coordinator, Ashley, would provide for them. During COVID they took the residents on their bus and just drove them to the Harbor for a change of scenery. My father in law absolutely LOVED the food. He would quite often brag to us about what he had to eat. For us its was very comforting to know that there is management on the property at all times. From the beginning, Ruth assisted us through the process of getting my father in law into Lighthouse, to all the others that made his senior time the best. I would highly recommend Lighthouse as the place to be in your later years in life.

Lighthouse was a great fit for my father. When I was no longer able to take care of him, the staff at Lighthouse did the job for me. He felt at home from the the first day that he entered the doors. The staff were always warm and welcoming to my father and myself who came to visit often.

Lighthouse has such a warm family feel. You really get the sense that every single resident is known well by the staff. I hadn't been there in awhile and they've redecorated and renovated lots of the common rooms. It looks great!
