Immaculately kept. Grounds are well manicured as well. The management staff is attentive and friendly. I've only been here about 6 months and I am still discovering new services available. We definitely need additional parking (I think it mary be in the works). There are some kinks here, nothing is perfect anywhere but Michelle and Tracey trying to iron them out while keeping Patrick the on site building "engineer ".

I have been here 9 years and plan to stay the front office is great and maintenance is as well and it's convenient to everything also a lot of activities and amenities

This is a fantastic place. My grandmother lives there and it's truly like being on vacation. Very clean. Very neat. Very active! I would highly recommend Victoria Park at Edgewater for the 55 or better folks!
