Please do not stay here. The only thing good about this place is that it's near a pool and plaza with wifi. There are loud abrupt noises coming from above and they don't really care about it since they don't live here. The walls are thin and there are an ungodly amount of roaches. Their maintenance doesn't do or fix anything. If you look at the reviews, you will see a lot of then complaining about noisy tenants or roaches. This has clearly been a problem for years and isn't going to be fixed soon. Yet despite this, they have the nerve to raise the price of the apartments since people are moving out… Lol. Please do not live here.These conditions aren't viable for a long healthy lifestyle.

We lived here since May 2016 in a 2 bedroom apartment with sunroom, and recently upgraded to a 3 bedroom loft apartment. Arva helped us with the process of the leasing and made sure the apartment was ready for us to move in. The 3 bedroom apartment with loft is so beautiful and spacious! There were very minor things that needed fixing, but they were quickly fixed by the community's amazing maintenance team. Our apartment was newly painted and looks amazing considering the complex was built 8 years ago. Great community with lots of amenities. Overall our experience has been awesome, even though moving can be stressful! Thank you Arva and everyone else at the Elms at Clarksburg Village for making us feel at home, especially during a time that can be difficult!

This place is a beautiful community, well taken care of the staff is always concerned if the works were completed to satisfaction. The residents here are very friendly, and it is convenient to schools and shopping. I would recommend to community to anyone.

I love how quiet it is, the convenience to be near shops and grocery stores, in the overall look of the community. I also love that they always have great social events for the residents to attend and are always doing things for the holidays. The best perk about living here is the convenience to stores and some local restaurants. It's the perfect location and close to schools! Also, the building/area I live in is quiet, neighbors seem to be friendly and there's no known crime I've experienced. Other than that I feel my experience as a tenant hasn't been the best. Honestly, a colleague of mine mentioned she moved out because of communication and cleanliness of community, however, the convenience of location was something that was important, so I thought I'd give it a try! A lot of times when I call the office, no one is knowledgeable, or the phone continues to ring without an answer. If you email, good luck with getting a timely response! Trash overload has been a little better since my first year living here but when it's not monitored regularly, it makes the community look messy, especially in main areas by the pool/ Amazon hub.

Just moved in - the leasing staff was very helpful throughout the process. The exterior areas of our building (hallways and stairwells) are very well lit. Our apartment was cleaned well. Close to everything maintenance response time is very fast overall the neighborhood is clean Gym is clean they keep the pool clean as well Elementary school/Middle/High school is close within about 8 mins to the Clarksburg Outlets There is a pediatrician close as well 2 shopping centers that are close 5 mins from Germantown Walmart close to 270

My family has been living at The Elms at Clarksburg Village for 2 years. My experience here has been amazing, as I enjoy the fellow residents and the well-maintained landscaping. The apartments are well-maintained and maintenance staff is quick to respond and always happy to help in any situation. The office staff are all polite but Ms Arva Walker, the property manager always goes over and above to make living here a pleasure. She goes out of her way to be helpful. And she always has a smile and treats residents with respect. She is a wonderful asset to The Elms at Clarksburg Village.

I have lived here with my son for the last year and the maintenance crew, under the direction of Walter, along with Jorge provide me prompt, courteous and professional service whenever I have submitted any maintenance requests.They could not be more helpful or professional in the execution of their duties. We not only appreciate the service they continue to provide and they are the reason we are still tenants of the Elms at Clarksburg Village.

I've only been here for 4 Months but i can already tell that I’m going to love it here. The property is well kept and safe. The apartments are clean, newly renovated and The current residents here seem very friendly and welcoming. I have live in several apartments complex and I can say that i have been treated with prompt and courteous service unlike anywhere else. I need to give a personal shout out to Arva walker She was fantastic throughout the entire process and still great. Elementary school is 5 minutes walking! That's very convenient. We feel right at home and have a safe place to raise our kid's.

I LOVE THE WAY THE APARTMENTS LOOK A LITTLE PRICEY THEY ARE NICE, BUT I AM HAVING A ROACH ISSUES AND IT IS NOT LIKE ALOT BUT ONE IS TOO MANY FOR ME CONSIDERING MY HOUSE IS SPOTLESS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THE BEST AND THE TRASH IT IS DISGUSTING THE TRASH SYSTEM IS TOO SMALL IT IS ALWAYS OVER LOADED WTH TRASH EVERY WHERE SO IF YOU MOVE HERE THAT IS THE ISSUES. We have been living at the Elms at Clarksburg 4 years and love it. The maintenance staff is always courtesy and take care of our maintenance request within a day. The office staff is very friendly and the manager is the best. The community is always clean and the walls seem to be sound proof. We have ample parking spaces (no matter what time we come home) and the convenience of living across the street from the shopping center is a plus.

So far, it has been very positive. Despite there being a lot of children in the complex, its been very quiet. For the most part, my neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Community is kept up to par. Only issue is the overflow garbage from the dumpsters. But its not that bad of an overflow as some of the residents do not put their trash in the dumpsters and leave it on the ground, attracting pests.

Love the neighborhood and convenience to stores. Apartment spacious, but kitchen is small. Storage space is limited. Read lease thoroughly as you may not be aware there are a lot of requirements that must be met prior to moving out.Dont appreciate how no one responded to serious deficiencies in my apartment, which remain unfixed today.

As a very new resident, these are my initial observations.Pros: The apartment itself has a nice floorplan and its an attractive community. I havent heard any noise at all from neighbors. At one point or another, Ive spoken with four different people in the management office, and each of them was super friendly and helpful.I had one small maintenance request when I initially moved in, and not only was it handled quickly, I even received a follow up call asking if everything was handled to my satisfaction. I think thats pretty impressive.Cons: Not many. Really the only issue is the trash situation.. There doesnt seem to be enough capacity to keep up with the amount generated by the community.Overall, Im very happy so far.

Currently in the process of moving into one of the apartments. My leasing consultant Aliannette Moyeno is very helpful and friendly. She is always on top of things and provides me with updates on a regular basis for the application process. The apartment I visited seemed really nice. I cannot wait to move in, I will write a follow-up review once I do.

My hubby I just moved here in May and I can confidently say we are very happy. Everyone is wonderful and the leasing office staff is superb! I thought I forgot to lock my apartment door one day so I called the leasing office and Amanda kindly walked over to ensure my place was locked and put my mind at ease. We love that we can walk to the Grocery store and grab a bite to eat so close to home. Were even considering buying a house here. The convenience is just too great to give up. They are always friendly and very accommodating. We love The Elms #WhyILoveTheElms!

Amazing and quick!I called to make an appointment to look at a unit to possibly move in. This is my first apartment so I dont have much to compare it to other than stories from family and friends. The same day that I looked at the unit I was able to fill out the application. An hour after leaving the office I received a call saying I was pre approved and they would let me know the next day. It was so quick! The next day I reviewed the phone call and was able to move in within the next week! I worked with Caressa Johnson and she was amazing!!! She showed me the unit and answered all my question so quickly. Also, after moving in Caressa has still been extremely helpful with my many many questions. She emails back within 24 hours which is something I appreciate knowing how busy she may be. She has made my first move into my first apartment so smooth with little to no stress! Amazing community as well. Its quiet, family oriented with parks and hiking paths nearby, and its located very conveniently near grocery stores and the highway.
