Beyond happy with Lorien's team; from the nurses in the rehab area, social work, accounting office, and beyond amazing support from the assisted living team led by Gina. My mothers transition was not an easy one for any of us and the team at Lorien Bel Air made it smooth and supportive. Thank you to all of you!

The Lorien Bel Air has been great to work with from initial communication to the end of the stay. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us set up and answering all our questions leading up to the stay. Our father who has had multiple strokes and has aphasia did a 2 week respite care stay while our family went on vacation. Knowing he was being taken care of was a huge relief and allowed for us to enjoy our time away. Each time we have talked to him he raves about the care (and food) he has been receiving. He is pretty picky when it comes to his care givers and what he eats so to not have a single complaint demonstrates how great the experience was for all of us. Will definitely use the Lorien again in the future.

Sonya, Victor were the best aids ever. They were so calm, thoughtful and compastion. Elana, the housekeeper, was so nice and accomodating, OT. Kim. was so nice and supplied me with lots of helpful items. PT. Ina, was very compasionate and understanding. Ann, the nurse. took alot of abuse from my roommate. She didn't deserve that. Stephen. nurse, was very nice and helpful to me. Sonya, Victor and Elana deserve a raise.

I recently got the opportunity to go in and work at Lorien for a couple days- and I know from speaking to team members that work there, they Really Care about their patients. It is Very genuine; and this facility is beautiful, safe, and you are greeted warmly. Not only odo the staff make you feel comfortable; but the residents are absolutely incredible people as well. I will be going back to volunteer with our son; and continue to visit and see the wonderful team members and the kind and happy residents!! Lisa, Elaine, Molly, Kelly, Victor, Vanessa, Ricky, Erin and Dolores are absolutely wonderful wonderful nurses that I would be grateful to have caring for one of my family members. I am really looking forward to being able to volunteer for art classes ❤️ I truly just want to help the team members because they are working Very hard to make sure to residents are very well cared for. I attempted night shift again; and I am just not cut out for it anymore! They are amazing; and Jess, the Director of Nursing, is absolutely wonderful. I’m looking forward to my family and I coming in and just being able to spend time and gain wisdom from our elderly.

Lorien is an awesome facility. My father has been a resident for several years now and has always gotten top notch care. The entire staff has been a pleasure to work with, especially at this time when no one in the family has been able to visit. They have accommodated all of our requests for Facetime and, or Skype and we have also had window visits. In these difficult times it is nice to know that my Dad is being well cared for in our absence.

Employees are great. They care. They are doing their jobs plus more. They are handling the Coronavirus virus well. Residents are kept intheir rooms but are checked several times a day. 3 meals are brought to their rooms each day.Thanks.Thanks.Thanks ❤

Loved this place! My grandmother was here for several weeks and they were wonderful. Always welcoming no matter the time day or night for visits. Always had some event planned and the nurses were very attentive and personable! She enjoyed her stay .

Excellent nursing care the three weeks I was there. I had several nursing assistants that went far beyond my expectations of keeping my physical self and my mental self up and moving and as cheerful as I could be under my circumstances. Some of the food was excellent, some not. Overall they did accommodate my wants as much as possible. The physical therapy and occupational therapy team was excellent. When I got there from my surgery I was still unable to do many of the basic self care requirements. When I was discharged to home there was an amazing improvement in my walking, strength and endurance.
